My family has been staying in this same condo for about the past 5 years. Bed wise and location wise within the condo it really works for us. However, nothing has been changed or updated within that time period. Old TV with a barely functioning sound system, refrigerator water and ice dispensers that have never worked, old mattresses. Friends of us stayed in another unit, same rating, same price, with a much nicer, newer feel (e.g., nice flat screen tv)

We love snow creek. we are always treated well. This time the unit agravated our senses. I don't know if there had been pets in the time before or just not aired in some time but we would pick another units. Plus it had few features that made it a delux unit.

We have been renting at snow creek for over ten years, almost every summer. We love to be at the bcd of Phase five with the meadow behind us.
This unit had such filthy carpets, it looked as though someone had led a horse through it. Of 8 cabinets in the kitchen five were locked off. Five, really? We totally respect the owners closet concept but we barely had room to put away our food. It was also rated as a deluxe property.
There were only five plates we could access, but a nice complete set in the locked glass cabinet we could not use.
Weather was beautiful, friends were great.
When we called about how nasty the carpets were, we were given -

This is at least the third time staying in this particular unit at Snowcreek. It's comfortable, quiet and has magnificant views. Our family of five and dog fit just fine with plenty of room for each of us.

We have stayed in this unit several times over the past five years. It has a great floor plan and is well located in the complex. The kitchen is well-stocked. It is beginning to feel like less of a "deluxe" unit and more of a standard one. The tv in the main room is old and in poor shape. The furnishings seem a bit tired. The water and ice dispenser do not work on the fridge. By contrast, friends of ours stayed in another deluxe unit with updated furniture, a flat screen tv that worked very well, and a water/ice dispenser.
Snowcreek staff were very responsive. Unfortunately when we arrived there was not much toilet paper, laundry detergent or trash bags (there were 5 of staying for 6 nights). While they should have already been there, once I called new supplies were brought that day. -
