This is a beautiful, 1-bedroom and a loft condominium with 2 bathrooms and a 3 star rating. It is the perfect combination of modern and country decor. It has a full kitchen, microwave, fireview woodburner, a 37" flat screen HDTV in the living room, (high definition DirectTV with premium channels included), DVD player, stereo with a CD player and iPod dock and a BBQ. Only problem was the fold out couch. No one wanted to sleep on it because it was so uncomfortable. We all had to take turns. Just don't plan on a couple sleeping on it and you'll be fine.
Otherwise it was great. Nice and warm with lots of wood for the fire. Nice electronics for movie watching too. -

Kern River ValleyMammoth ski Trip

We went to Mammoth for a ski trip in Jan 2013. With 4 adults a motel room isn't big enough, so I found this condo for less than 2 motel rooms would have cost. Easy to check in , we went to the condo and were suprised at how nice it is! First impression was how clean the whole unit is. The master bedroom was big with lots of room for bags and gear. Has a closet to hang up your clothes and hooks for coats. Large bathroom that is off the MB. and opens to the dining room. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Nice TV in the living room and directv hd which was very nice for watching the BCS champ. game.
The Loft has a queen bed like the master, which are firm but comfortable. Woodburning stove in the living room warms the place nicly and the firewood was seasoned. I would rent this condo again -

The place is exactly as you see in the pictures. Very clean & inviting/cozy space with all the amenities you could possibly need.

We were surprised by the fairly large, very well stocked kitchen and the 2 full baths. From our experience, this is not normal for 1 bed + loft units in Mammoth. The unit is a short distance from a Green Line shuttle stop. There was even a desk built in to a nook where one could work while others were cooking. Nice large flat screen tv with DVD player. The beds are very firm so if you need a soft bed you are out of luck here. Overall, it is a nice comfortable unit close to the shuttle and in walking distance to restaurants and Vons. We will stay here again.

Unit was clean. Really noisy neighbors and extremely hard bed and couch. Couches has plywood under the cushions. Heater was broken. Called maintence twice. Luckily it wasn't too cold.
