Located just steps from a shuttle stop and multiple restaurants and nightlife, this condo has the location to go along with its great amenities. Grayeagle#8 also has a private 2 car garage, so no need to worry about digging your car out in the morning. With internet and flat screen TV?s throughout the house this condo also has everything you need to entertain yourself on the days you don?t go outside. Stayed for 3 days in august 2012. Clean Condo with nice amenities. Clean bathrooms and clean kitchen with gas stove and nice refrigerator. Bedrooms were clean and comfy.
Lots of stairs. Two flights of fairly steep stairs in this condo. Fyi
Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Lots of windows and fans in every room to keep you cool during the summer. It was quite nice in the condo during the heat of the day. But you should'nt be indoors during the day in Mammoth. Large 2 car garage for parking.
Too close to highway for my liking. The balcony, living room and master bedroom overlook Main st. in Mammoth. It was quite noisy in the evenings with cars going by constantly. The noise was not too noticable during the day though. You probably would'nt notice the traffic noise during the winter because the windows would be shut.
No view with this condo. I read it was a mountain view. It's more like a sliver of a piece of small mountain in your viewscape.
All and all a nice condo with great value. Better for winter stays if you don't mind the Hwy. noise.
