Corsicana, TexasRental proterty amazing for our needs!!! Rental company awful!!!
Left on 03/25/2013 for a stay in March 2013
The place was beautiful. We slept 9 people there. There are two bedrooms with full baths downstairs. One bedroom is an oven while the other is a freezer. They are very pretty and the bathrooms are very nice though. Cannot get temp controled correctly. Also a loft that has 2 twins, a full, and then a "bunk". There is a window above the kitchen that is in the loft. It gets loud in the mornings and wakes up the people sleeping in the loft if the window is open. The window needs to be open to keep it from getting too hot. So, there's good and bad just like any place. The clean up crew before we arrived did not do a great job the coffee maker was put up with the coffee grounds still in it (so it had mold on it) and the dishwasher was disgusting. There are lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Also, a cute shopette area within walking distance (even a Starbucks and a mom and pops coffee house). Not a bad drive up to any of the Mammoth bases. 13 min to Main Lodge, 5ish min to Canyon Lodge. I am the one who booked the condo and I do not recommend at all using stayinmammoth.com. Once they have your money good luck getting ahold of them. They also owe me $161 for over charging me. Have yet to get it back. Other than that. Nice place. The hottubs and pool are right outside this condo.

Fullerton, Californiapretty good overall
Left on 01/25/2013 for a stay in January 2013
I made a reservation for this property for a group of 9, largely based on the existing positive reviews here on Ta. Everyone here has already made extensive mentions of the pros of this property (cleanliness, location, convenience, etc), and I agree with all of them, but there were a few cons that I wanted to point out.
The condition of some of the mattresses were not so great. One person in my party mentioned that one of the upstairs twin beds had weak/creaky springs. I shared the large king bed downstairs and found it to be too soft/lumpy for my liking as well.
Also, the upstairs loft area tends to get very cold at night, even with the main heater running. Unfortunately, the downstairs bedrooms that have their own separate heaters tend to get very warm, even with the heater not running too high.
Overall, everyone in my group enjoyed their stay, but I felt the need to point out these small problems that we had. -

Burbank, CAGreat deal for 8 of us.
Left on 12/02/2012 for a stay in November 2012
The condo was in town, close to the market. The entryway is a bit awkward, especially if you were headed to the downstairs bedrooms. The updated bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and eat in each evening. It was a tight fit around the table, but we just brought in two chairs from the deck and squeezed together. The biggest challenge for us was a lack of access to washer/ dryer and internet. If you can do without these, this is the place for you. We have used many different rental companies in Mammoth, but StayInMammoth is the one with the lowest fees- forget those linen and etc. fees that add up so quickly. This place could have done with a few minor repairs (vent coming off the wall, etc.) but they were so minimal that I didn't call to have them taken care of until we were on our way out the door.

The condo was great! Right next to the pool and well maitnained. Nice upgrades also. This was a great trip, no complaints at all. The only critisim would be that we had a few bears in the complex, walk right by our condo one night and near our vehicle as we were leaving. But they seemed to be harmless.

Left on 05/25/2012 for a stay in April 2012
the condo is very comfortable for a group of 8 and the third bathroom really helps. The kitchen is well supplied but is a little small when everyone wants to congregate when you are cooking.there is a nice spa downstairs to relax in. It is located only one block from a major grocery store theater and many restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The service was excellent, the condo was clean and was well supplied with everything we needed. Best part was that it was very close to the parking lot, hot tub, and Main St. Only thing that would have made it better would have been a fully stocked fridge.

Los AngelesStayInMammoth.com made our trip!
Left on 12/22/2011 for a stay in December 2011
This cabin is in an awesome location on Old Mammoth Rd, right on the shuttle route. The cabin is three stories and located right next to both hot tubs and sauna. I would have to say though, that my experience with StayInMammoth.com is what made this memorable. Shane was extremely helpful and made sure the cabin we got fit our party size. I am going back to Mammoth again this week and will be using them again.
As far as this unit, there is two downstairs bedrooms that hold 2 people each in queen beds, and three single beds and a double in the loft area. The main level has a huge L shaped couch and flat screen TV.
