Comfortable. Clean. Beautiful. Great Views. Huge Deck. Indoor Swimming Pool. Jacuzzi. Sauna. Washer Dryer in the unit. Wood Burning Fireplace. Situated on the Free Mammoth Shuttle Bus Route. HDTV's all over the place. You're not going to want to leave here.
If you're a family, a group of families or friends, you are going to love this condo. It's roomy and feels like you own it. We recently put in new cabinets and granite countertops in all the bathrooms and the kitchen. We never stop upgrading or caring for the place.
We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

On the Free Mammoth Shuttle Bus Route. Beautiful views of the Sherwin Mountains and Mammoth Rock. The Pine Trees and Evergreen Trees are everywhere. There is a grassy area in front of the "house" for the kids to play and sled in the winter. Hang out in the summer. We have a sizable deck where you can sit an watch the stars or gaze out a Mammoth Crest.

The best thing for you to do is contact me with your proposed dates and I will always try to help you by working within you budget the best I can. This is a very popular condo and is worth considering for any trip to Mammoth. It's clean, comfortable and we have yet to hear a single complaint in over fourteen years of renting it.

What a gem. This cute townhouse had everything that our group (three couples and a baby) could have possibly needed and more. It was spacious yet cozy. The pictures are not totally current so while everything looked as we expected, we were pleasantly surprised by the new additions that really made it feel like a warm home to spend a few days. We loved the beautiful view from the living room, the fully-stocked kitchen, and the fact that there is access to an indoor pool and hottub! The location is great. We enjoyed the close proximity to the grocery store as well as open space on the edge of town that made for a beautiful walk. And on top of it all, the price was a deal and Peter, the owner, was a joy to work with. We will definitely be back.

I've stayed at this rental the last three New Year's Eve weekends and highly recommend it. The cabin is a 2 min. walk from the indoor hot tub and pool and just off Chateau Rd., easy access to the bus stop, eagle lift, etc. The cabin has a great layout, and is cozy and clean. Over the years there have been new improvments such as the kitchen counters and flat screen TVs in the bedrooms. I will be staying at this cabin again!

I contacted Peter as result of finding his listing on Flipkey. I'm always nervous about renting a condo I've never seen from a person I never met. But I must say, he made the process easy and he made me feel comfortable about renting this unit. Turns out, my family and I had a great time and the condo was exactly as he described it and we felt that we really got great value for what we received. Can't wait to go back again.

Great accomodations! Excellent cooking facilities; large living room with first-rate TV; bathrooms all well appointed; downstairs great for families with children; upstairs bedroom a nice get-away for parents; log fireplace which works well and doesn't smoke up the house; adequate parking and easy access to the mountain for skiing. Couldn't ask for more...and the price is right~

I was very happy with the service and quality of the condo. We had 3 families + kids and space was not an issue. The only problem we had was the community hot tub wasn't working. But the kids had a blast in the pool. We will definitely stay here again with a larger group.
