      For the price that I paid, I expected something nicer. The location near the village was the best aspect of the rental. Its definitely worth it for someone who values being so close to the village and the gondola. The unit itself was just Ok to sleep in. When I entered, the light in the bathroom was not working and no wi-fi with poor cell reception. I called and emailed to seek repairs but no one got back to me. At this day and age, you would think a house rental would have a nice flatscreen tv and not an old tube. Those small details go a long way

      Great location, Excellent accommodation. It's walking distance (5mins max) to the village restaurants and the gondola. Perfect for groups. We were a group of 9. Everybody slept very comfortably. House was warm, sometimes too warm! I would stay here again for sure.

      no hot water

      What's the one thing you absolutely need after a full day in the snow on the mountain? That's right, hot water. Or at the very least warm water. Our water heater was completely broken during our New Years stay. So the 7 of us had to be smelly and freezing for the whole trip. Our baths were the hot tub across the street. I've tried to call and email to get some sort of compensation, but there is no one in charge. I'd recommend staying anywhere else first.

      Great Condo- So so service

      This condo is great. It is close to everything- walk to the village and to the gondola. We stayed 4 nights with 9 adults and we never felt crowded.

      Unfortunately, the service from the rental agency was not what I was expecting. Be before we arrived the service from the agency was great. I always got a call or an email back answering all questions. As soon as we got into the condo that is where the promptness ended. When we arrived there were 3 pieces of wood (outside in the snow) for the wood burning stove- none inside that was dry and ready, no matches and no starters. Additionally, there were approximately 3 rolls of toilet paper for all of us. When I called to request more I could never get a real person on the phone. I was prompted to leave messages, which I did, and for two days no one got back to me. We had to go out and buy our own wood/matches. On day three I finally got a person on the phone and he was very helpful. We got more toilet paper and towels that we requested, but never did get any wood.

      The only other thing I would say about the condo is that it needs to be stocked a little better in the kitchen. There needs to be a big salad bowl and plastic glasses that can be taken to the Jacuzzi.

      Other than that, condo was great and the location was outstanding.
