This is a nice, nonsmoking, 1-bedroom condominium with 1 bathroom (newly remodeled bathroom) and a 3 star rating. It has a full kitchen, microwave, fireplace, 2 TVs, VCR, DVD player, stereo with a cassette and cd player and a phone. The living room has a queen fold-out couch and bunkbeds and the bedroom has a king size bed. There is one flight of stairs from the underground parking garage to reach this unit and it is all one level inside. This unit sleeps up to 6 people and is located in the Forester Building.

This unit is very basic but functional. Short walk to Eagle Lodge. Heating was difficult to get right in both the living room and bedroom. The bedroom wall is adjacent to the stairwell so can be noisy. Underground parking at the Summit is nice.
