This is a really beautiful condominium with wonderful decor! It is a nonsmoking, 2-bedroom and a small loft unit with 2 bathrooms and a 3 star rating. It has a full kitchen, microwave, fireplace, 3 TVs (flatscreen in the living room plus a TV in each bedroom), HBO, 2 VCRs, stereo with a cassette and cd player, free wireless internet access and a phone. The living room has a queen fold-out couch, the 1st bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the loft has 2 single beds. Pictures look a lot better then place. Heater in upstairs room did'nt work, had to call maintenance and they sent a portable one. Plus upstairs room was more a 3/4 room with the ceiling in an angle. My son inlaw kept hitting his head. Microwave fan did'nt work, whole bottom floor got smokey when we'd cooked. Bathroom fan did'nt work, if you did #2 it stunk the hall up bad...Then a whole lot of spiders!! ever day the kids and women freaked about these big spiders. location good condo not worth it!!!

I spent a weekend, two nights, at Sherwin Villas and I had a good time. The condo is really worth it the money you pay.It was a good deal.

Our unit was ok. It was fairly clean but obviously needs some upgrades. Most of the electrical outlet do not hold a plug. The staircase was really steep and we weren't aware of that when we rented the unit. Also, the hand rail kept splintering and giving us splinters.

I chose this condo carefully, and was comfortable with the location, age of unit , and amenities. The pool/spa were great. I liked the lay-out of the unit with regard to bedrooms/baths. The DVD did not work with the TV, and a simple battery change did not fix it, which was disappointing. The main remote seemed funky-had to press buttons very hard. The king bed was uncomfortable to both me and my spouse, probably harder than we are used to. I got no complaints from others in the family. All the kitchenware was lovely, but no griddle, the one item I needed. Cookware is pretty but not very functional re: surfaces and ease of cleaning.Needed a non-stick pan.

Thanks to Mammoth Reservations we had a very nice condo instead of the one we booked that said it had a loft and it didn't. We will only book through Mammoth Reservations from now on. They saved our vacation by letting us upgrade to this condo. Thank you. We had a good time. Condo is well equipped with dishes and linens.
