This is a nice condominium and the perfect choice if you like to be surrounded by lots of wood paneling! It also allows small pets! It is a nonsmoking, 2-bedroom and a loft unit with 3 bathrooms and a 4 star rating. It has a full kitchen, microwave, fireview woodburner, 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD player, stereo with a cassette and cd player, free high-speed wireless internet access, washer/dryer, 2 hairdryers, an iron with ironing board and a phone. It also has a partial view of the Sherwin Mountains. The agency is good, housekeeping responded to a heater issue and dirt and dusty fan the day we called. Desk personnel at the agency were polite, on site were not to be found.
The condo is listed as a four star property, but it's condition is better suited for two star at best. The negatives: The downstairs heater did not work, so the two bedroom areas were quite cold. After the first night, except for a portable heater, which was brought over by houskeeping, we would not be able to sleep in bedrooms, too cold. The carpets are dirty and quite worn, some walls had large scratches, dings, and holes. There were enough dishes, cups, flatware but all miss matched.
The positives: Plenty of room, beds were comfortable and clean, nice location close to shopping and quick car ride to both Eagle and Canyon. Good parking and not too far from the hot tubs. Kitchen appliances were newer and worked well. Tv is adequate, but skiing is the reason for going!
If you are okay with a low end, then a good choice, but do not believe the four star rating, except if it is out of ten. -

Nice complex with well-maintained pool, spa, tennis court. Good service from Mammoth Reservations Bureau. This particular condo was not very comfortable. Five of six people thought their bed was uncomfortable. There was no screen on the sliding door to the patio. Thus we had to choose between no ventilation at all on on the upper levels of the condo or living with mosquitoes. Other than the dining table, there is no place to sit and read due to poor interior lighting.

The condominum that we stayed at met our families needs. My only problem was that there wasn't enough toliet paper,or cleaning products to clean the bathrooms throughout the week's stay.
