This is a really cute condominium with slate tile flooring in the kitchen! It is a nonsmoking, studio and a loft unit with 2 bathrooms and a 3 star rating. It has a full kitchen, microwave, fireview woodburner, 2 TVs (both 25-inch), 2 VCRs, 2 DVD players, stereo with a cassette and cd player, iron with ironing board and a wall-mounted hairdryer. This unit has a great view of the mountains and the forest! It also has a gas BBQ on the balcony. The living room has 2 queen fold-out couches and the loft has a queen size bed. Our children own a Mammoth View Villa. The complex is well managed and in easy walking distance to the Village. We rented Mvv28 to be close to them and were pleasantly surprised how nice this unit was. We would rent it again. Loved having two full bathrooms and the upstairs loft was very comfortable. It was clean and well outfitted.

Mammoth Reservations Bureau always has great service friendly staff. The home is very clean, fully stocked kitchen. Location was walking distance to the village, easy access. Just overall great experience with the rental unit.

The down stairs: Lighting was aweful. The dining room chandalier, we never found the light switch. The tv was a dinasour and the speakers made this aweful buzzing noise. Very annoying as we watched a Christmas movie every night of our stay.
The bathrooms were so itty bitty that my fiance and I could not share one. He took the downstairs while I took the upstairs.
The stair steps to the loft were unusual in size. My size 6 foot was larger than the steps. The window coverings let in way too much light in the morning and nothing could be done about that. Walls were thin, especially when the next door renters ( a bunch of young college guys decided to have a party.)I have rented through this agency for many years and this property was definately not our favorite. It was merely adequate. This is especially true when you consider what we paid per night and we found out the much more up-to-date ski in and ski out lodge, Juniper Spring Resort, was more economic.
