This wonderful nonsmoking studio condominium with 1 bathroom has a 3 star rating and a very inviting decor. It has a full kitchen with newer appliances, a fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo with a cassette and cd player and a phone. The living room has a queen fold out couch and a queen size bed. There is 1 flight of stairs to reach this unit and it is all one level inside. This unit sleeps up to 4 people.

Good value for the price. If you are looking for fancy electronics, games in the unit, or upgrades this is not the unit for you.

Having stayed in this unit before it was a no brainer for me the rent it again. It is the right size for two people and was just what we needed for our fishing/hiking trip. It can sleep four but only having one bathroom could be a issue. It has a great location being it is at one of the shuttle stops or you can take a fast walk to the "Village" to do some shopping or get something to eat. I did make a few meals and found that I had everything I woild need in pots and pans. The bed was good but a little tight on the sides due to the walls. The unit does have a DVD plaver but no VHS so keep the tapes at home. This unit is cozey and could make for a romantic getaway if one chooses. The check in and out was fast with no issues.
I will be staying in the unit again.

The service at the Bureau was very good. Our condo was nicely set up with necessities. It was very clean. The layout was perfect for a studio setting, with a separation between the bed and sofabed. Outside the condo was a nice forest setting where we could walk and enjoy nature. The condo was within walking distance of the Village, which proved nice. It also was close to the shuttle bus-stop, which we used. Well-priced unit with nice furnishings. Stove needs fixing. Dining chairs were a bit uncomfortable. Condo was nicely set amongst other units, whereby there was privacy. Very pleasant.

I have been using this unit for many years and almost consider it my own unit :) It has what I need and nothing I don't. However, I do wish it had internet service. This would make it easier to keep in touch with the world while visiting. I missed a couple of important messages due to lack of Wifi connection. Hopefully the owner can install this for next year.
The price is getting to the point that I may consider staying in a motel in the future. I wish they had lower rates for loyal, returning customers like me.
