The location was great! It was few feet away from the lifts and pretty convenient. The place was okay. The heater was working, but it didnt made the place warmer than we expected. Pretty tight space on the kitchen there was not much of a space to work or cook, we have to take turn to occupy the kitchen and we cant get together on the living room coz of limited space. Overall, it was ok. I would suggest update the furniture, it was too big ang it occupy too much space. Probably a sectional sofa will work. Location was great.
No Hot Water in the Showers!

The location of the place was great but everything else was not good. The unit is very dated(80's), with dust-catchers everywhere that are not cleaned. If you have small children beware, the railing slots are very wide (can not be up to code). Outlets are so loose that they won't hold your phone charger in place to charge your phone. They claim it sleeps 12 but it would be a tight fit and the place is tiny. The kitchen is the size of a small closet. We overlooked all these issues but drew the line when we attempted to take showers and had no hot water. The management co. informed us we had to wait 30 minutes in between each shower because the water tank in the unit was tiny. Really??? And you advertise it as sleeping 12??? We had to cancel dinner plans our first night since no one could get cleaned up to go out. The next day the mngmt co. got us a unit close by where we could take showers but very inconvenient. Mngmt co. claimed they would reimburse us money but still waiting on that one (2 weeks)...hoping they are true to their word.

This was our first time at the Chamonoix complex. The unit was a decent value. The unit is very "vertical". We had 3 kids ages 6-8 and the loft area was nice for them. I would not recommend this unit for people with younger children. Kitchen was well stocked but very small compared to other units we have stayed in. Unit was clean but decor was "dated". Pool facilities were very good. Thin walls and lots of noise floor to floor. Decent value, but not as nice as other units in the area we have stayed in.

We have stayed here many times and love the location and set up in the condo. Only problem is that it is not just outdated but now seems to be run down. For example, the coffee carafe was broken and the kitchen is crammed with old pots and pans. Bathrooms need updating desperately! Towel rack had been ripped out of wall with holes exposed and shower didn't drain well. Yuck! We keep staying here because of the location and the large size of the condo, but I wish they would update it a little!
