This condo's layout was ideal for our small group.
The internet in the condo worked great and I was even able to live stream video for over an hour. (Other condos I've stayed at in Mammoth have issues with a good wireless connection.)
This condo is walking distance to the Vons and movie theater.
The upstairs bathroom is not above a bedroom, so there are no issues with people in bedrooms hearing the restroom activities.
All the appliances in the kitchen worked great.
Its not like it used to be

First and foremost my compliments to the employees at Timberline office and crew and your office. All the employees there were polite & professional. I do look forward to working with you, just with a different unit. As for the unit. Very disappointed. As we walked in, it looked a little outdated not a problem. Then we inspected the rooms. The master bed linens were a disgrace. They were old, worn out & torn. Vintage is one thing but rags is another it was a slap in the face. The second room. The comforters were dirty, the beds uncomfortable. There were 4 adult males sleeping on kiddie bunks. Needless to say no sleep due to either the fear of the top bunk collapsing or the springs were poking you in the ribs. The bunks at camp pen and port hueneme are more comfortable. The living room. The couch looked and felt filthy. The sofa bed was the worst bed of all. I have rented other vacation rentals at lesser price and much cleaner and comfortable and fully stocked (W/D, shovels, coffee filters, etc). We noticed the owners have tried to upgrade their unit but it seems like looks takes precedence over comfort. I own a property management company myself I oversee 63 units myself. It's not your fault your client think their guests are unimportant and only care about the money but you should take the time to inspect the units yourself (your cleaning crew can care less) and speak with your clients. They should have a bench in the entry room to avoid tracking snow into the unit.

I chose a condo with a 3 star rating. It was not a 3 star stay.
1. The beds are old and need to be replaced. The queen size bed was like sleeping on a cement slab. All of the bunk beds had springs that were broken. None of slept well during our stay.
2. The heaters upstairs broke and we were given a small space heater and extra firewood to keep warm. We were never offered a stay in a different condo which would have been the approprite thing to offer us. Since the upsairs was freezing we could not sleep there at night to rememdy the bad beds downstairs!
3. The walls are paper thin between condos. We could hear the four dogs next door barking and romping around.
