Great location and floorplan - average cleanliness and condition

Loved the floorplan and views out the living room. Great location in Snowcreek. All necessary cooking utensils were available to prepare delicious meals and clean linens were available and delivered again during our stay. However the carpet was dirty and stained, the kitchen was not well cleaned and one of the upstairs showers was obviously leaking and the carpet was damp and stained around the shower and sink. We went to the store and bought cleaning supplies and spent the first couple hours cleaning the kitchen to our satisfaction. When we tried the vacuum available in the unit it did not work. We would probably rent this unit again because of the location and size, but we made a note to bring our own cleaning supplies next time!

Snowcreek is a great place for a base. This location needs some help though. The spa might be a great idea for the winter, but in the summer it's in the way, especially if you want to park more than two cars. One of the blinds in the living room is missing a rod so you cannot open it. Carpet is dirty. The place has a nice layout but it needs some work. We have had better. We had seven people, including two small kids. Read more
We are sorry you were disappointed in Snowcreek 764. The parking information is very clearly stated on our website. New blinds have been ordered as parts are no longer available for the one that does not work. The unit is in a beautiful location and has a great floor plan. We are working with the owner to update some of the decor. We do appreciate your input. We hope you enjoed your visit to our beautiful part of the sierra.

We stayed at this unit for 8 nights in September. The unit is very spacious and sleeps 8 comfortably. Good location and very quiet. Nice meadow and forest view. Kitchen a little short on utensils. Garage is used a a spa so there is no indoor parking. A few problems were dealt with quickly by the rental office. All in all a very nice rental unit.
