We liked the unit and the bedrooms were large. Kitchen well stocked.
Not walking distance to Canyon Lodge. summer only
None of the electric blankets worked.
And the wood, while I'm sure great for burning, was impossible to get started. Which was a bummer since we heating the place is tough. We went through a whole newspaper and still couldn't get it going. Add more kindling to the pile
Tell the complex to update the hot tub--they looked bad. And turn up the temp!warm is not warm enough for 10degree days -

This condo is so well located, well equipped and comfortable. We have been staying here for many years and have never been disappointed.
There are many luxurious places in Mammoth if you want high end - this condo is cozy, clean and comfortable and I would stay here again any time. You can't beat the location - walk out to the bus for Canyon Lodge or walk to the gondola. You're on the mountain in no time. Once you arrive you don't need a car.
The complex has everything you need including the jacuzzi and game room. We have stayed here in both summer and winter and it works well for all. -

Great Condo!! My stay in mammoth was excellent not only did it snow one day but the condo was perfect. Nice, Clean and close walking distance to the village, the blue line, and never had to take out my car. A community spa and sauna super nice after a day of sking.

This is our third year staying at this spot in mammoth. The location is perfect for us and our needs. We love parking the car and leaving it parked the entire weekend, walking to the Village for skiing, dining, etc. The fireplace heats the entire unit, and the condo is a good size with high ceilings.
