I have to say I was very excited about my trip having seen the photos of the unit. I can only guess the pictures were taken between 7-10 am as that is the only time there is any measurable natural light in the unit. It was quite depressing to return from the warm sunny slopes to a dark and chilly condo. I ended up only using the unit to sleep and for that reason it was not a good value to me. Even with every light on it was barely bright enough to read. Otherwise the unit was very clean, and nicely appointed. I mentioned the light issue to the PM team. Maybe they will do something about it.

The location is perfect and the people in the area are very friendly. The dogs say "Thank you" to the owners/management as well since they would not have been able to go if the condo was not dog friendly. They had a blast out on all the hikes and runs and are still recovering. Mammoth is the perfect playground for dogs that love to run and swim. For human renters, the condo is nicely decorated, cozy and comfortable with a nice view. We are already planning our next trip and rental of this condo.

We have used Mammoth Premiere Reservations for years. The service is fantastic. They do what they say and explain the properties accurately. Years ago we tried other property management companies and booked directly. Now, when we decide to hit the slopes, Mammoth Premiere is the first call.
Discovery 4 - 106 was great. The layout of the entry way/master bedroom/bathroom gets a little congested (and we only had three people!) Although it can sleep 6, I wouldn't recommend it for more than 4. It is very nicely furnished and equiped. -

Small and cozy. more than enough space for 6 people and more if you wanna let people crash on the couch. they allow pets and have a balcony that they can hang out on during the day if need be. quick drive to resorts, and the apartment is right next to a rec center with games for the kids and a hot tub that is key after a day of boarding
