Villa Son Macia De Sa Mola is a new luxury villa set high on a hillside in the beautiful countryside. It enjoys peace and quiet and the most wonderful views towards Cala de Mallorca, Porto Cristo and the sea.

The property is approached through a gated entrance and the driveway then leads to an impressive front door, with three stone columns, at first floor level. A staircase then takes you down to the ground floor, where access can also be gained from outside via the double garage, into a large reception area with a toilet bathroom just off this hall.

On the first floor is the beautifully appointed and well-equipped kitchen also h...as a door that opens onto another large covered terrace with outstanding views over the swimming pool to Cala De Mallorca and to the sea at Porto Cristo. There is also a large internal archway that leads into the dining area and the cosy open-plan living room beyond. Here you'll find smart comfy sofas, a warm and welcoming open fire place, plus fabulously large picture windows that let the glorious daylight flood into the room. Naturally there are also double doors from the lounge area out onto the wonderful covered terrace.

On this floor there's a delightful twin bedroom with a lovely adjoining shower bathroom, it also features a fabulous covered terrace. Here you can relax with a book, laze about in the cool shade, or just simply enjoy the view.

Also on the first floor is a stylish and comfortably furnished double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and a convenient dressing room, it has access to the long covered terrace with magnificent views over the swimming pool and down to the shoreline.

There are a further four brand new bedrooms - two double and two twins all containing their own luxury en-suite bathrooms. These are based on the ground floor.

Outside, there's a terraced garden with small pines and lawns and steps down to the fabulous kidney-shaped, infinity swimming pool. This also features a unique oval Jacuzzi with a pretty cascade down into the pool where you can sit and relax and just take in the inspiring scenery. There is also a lovely barbecue built into the wall, with tiled area and sink, plus stone floor and seating all under round rustic beams open to the sky.
