Family rented apartment
Denmark and CanadaGreat vacation
Left on 11/09/2012 for a stay in October 2012
We really enjoyed the apartment. We stayed for 5nights in October 2012. The only downfall (that we knew about in advance) was the location of the bathroom. The bathroom is in one of the bedrooms so if you have to use the toilet in the night then you have to go through the other bedroom. Also, the sink in the bathroom was not draining very well and the shower door came off the track a few times.
That said the apartment was perfect for our needs and provided a great location. The owner walked by one evening and asked how things were and really we couln´t have been more pleased overall. The apartment ahs a nice design and is really well done. Great for a family on vacation! -

SydneyGreat time...however missed the mark on some points
Left on 10/18/2012 for a stay in September 2012
We were there in Sept which was towards the end of the Summer season. The weather was still quite warm and humid. I was a bit disappointed the air conditioning that they described that was available actually wasn't available. Instead, they gave us 1 fan for 2 bedrooms? How does that work? Also the a/c that you could work in one of the rooms was literally hot air? They had over-ridden the a/c unit so you couldn't change temperatures. I'm a little disappointed as everything else was great. Also, we had ants on our bed, I think its due to the humidity climate within the apartment. The location of the washing machine was not ideal, its on a balcony outside the main bedroom & it stank badly. The location was perfect and very close to the station and restaurants. Other than that, we had a great time.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this beautiful well equipped apartment for 4 nights in September 2012. It was right in the centre of Manarola and we felt very involved in the hustle and bustle of this beautiful little village. A cheery hello from some local gentlemen every evening as they sat on the main street having a chat.
The owner even passed one day asking us how we found the apartment.
Perfect location in the village with easy access to the walks to the other villages.
Would highly recommend it and no problems at all with it.
Perfection and the most relaxing holiday we had in a long time (even if we did hike / walk for approx 2 hours at least each day) -

The town of Manarola is beautiful. The apartment is in a great location. It's spacious. We loved the balcony. The staff is courteous and friendly. The negatives; the washing machine did not drain properly, so we had to wring out our clothes before hanging them on the clothesline. The shower door fell off when we went to slide it open. The floors needed a good sweeping and washing. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and have many happy memories of the Cinque Terre.

We enjoyed our stay in Manarola very much. The service was excellent with a very friendly staff who gave us complete instructions. Central location was perfect. Interior was very clean, light, and modern.
The only thing you might want to fix is the loose shower door hardware that makes it hard to operate and close fully. Everything else was great. -

This is a great apartment! It's clean, comfortable and in a wonderful location. Arbaspaa were very professional and easy to contact and communicate with. There are very few stairs to get to the apartment, and the balcony overlooking the main street is delightful!! The kitchen has all facilities and it was great to have a dishwasher and washing machine.A wonderful apartment, absolutely fantastic place to stay, Thank you

The service was friendly and the office easy to find. The apartment was very modern and comfortable with all amenities you need...and then some! The location was perfect to explore Cinque Terre from and handy to the restaurants, ferry and train. Only difficulty was that the top bunk wasn't suitable for young children (4 year old wriggly sleeper twins), so we just top and tailed them on the bottom, which wasn't a problem for us. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to others.

This unit is very clean and modern. There is a comfortable queen bed in one room and a (nice) bunk bed set up in the other room. The balcony overlooks the main street (foot traffic only) and makes you feel like you are a part of this small town. I would definitely return to this location and stay at this home!

We stayed at Mediterraneo on a return trip to Manarola for my birthday. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the bathrooms were spotless and very modern. Shower pressure was good, which is always a bonus and the washing machine helped us get all our clothes back to clean in no time at all. The view was great, free wi fi too. I'd go back and highly recommend the apartment. The walk up the stairs at the end of the day also helps burn off any calories from the wonderful local food.

Thanks for the sincere review but the description is for the apartment Mediterraneo 2 not Mediterraneo 3 which is very nice too but without seaview.

AustraliaThe highlight of our European Trip
Left on 03/02/2011 for a stay in January 2011
Our stay in Manarola was absolutely brilliant! Firstly - the town itself. Magnificent views, quaint buildings marching up the hills and such a special atmosphere. Secondly - the accommodation. Modern, clean, spacious, fully-equipped, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, internet, and then those fabulous views to the boat harbour and up the coast from the balcony. Exceeded all our expectations. Then to be met at the station by the owner who was so knowledgable, friendly, considerate and helpful. It all added up to a memory that will last.
