An email confirmation will be sent to you once your REQUEST A RESERVATION email is received & processed. DEPOSITS: Reservations are confirmed upon payment in full and must be secured by MasterCard or Visa at time of reservation. CANCELLATION: Deposit, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be refunded if reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival date. 50% Deposit will be refunded if reservation is canceled with 45 to 60 days’ notice. With less than 45 days' notice, deposit can not be refunded. NO SMOKING; NO PETS. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons.
