Loft is only rented in ADDITION to the MAIN HOUSE. It is NEVER rented as a 'stand alone' unit. Loft can be added so property can sleep up to 9 adults and 1-2 children under 12. Loft: 1-2 people $50 per night. 3-5 people $100 per night.

Cottontail acres is unique: the location atop a bluff is amazing, the house so family-friendly, and Holly's personal touches are great(she left Valentine's candy for our kids). We can't wait to return with other friends to share this special place.

When I first found the ad online for Cottontail acres, I thought it sounded too good to be true. We were looking for a place we could enjoy the coast with our two dogs and this was the perfect place to do it.
The house was beautifully appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the deer that visited the yard every morning and walking on the beach with the dogs. We can't wait to make a return visit and explore more of the area. On our first visit we were happy to just enjoy the quiet, beautiful privacy of the home and spend our time walking and reading:-) -

Great property private beach access, sunsets and privacy. Great for small children, families with dogs and the teenagers will love it too! very organized Holly has thought of everything! we are coming back in august.
