Had a most fab time in Mandeville House, the house is just perfect and my friends and I would be honoured if we could book this again. The decking is perfect for sitting in the shade and watching the squirrels and birds that visit every day. The sub division is lovely and quiet, away from the bustle of New Orleans but perfect for having access to travelling around the Louisiana area. Bit of confusion about the bin days but got it sorted in the end, blue bin noted on note is the green bin, isnt it annoying when the bin company change their colours of bins. Every instruction left was perfect for any queries we had. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more. Instructions for access before and after were faultless. Many thanks for allowing me to rent this property and I hope I can return in the future.

This visit was for a "grievance" purpose. Can't wait to try your place under happier circumstances in exploring New Orleans on a vacation.

We came in town for our family reunion and chose to stay at the Mandeville House. It was nice to have plenty room to spread out and enjoy my family who came from different parts of the us. Every morning we would go out and enjoy the deck with a cup of coffee, it was very relaxing staying there!!

The application process was easy and the guidelines were easy to follow and very thorough.
The home was neat, clean accessible, located in a great family-friendly area, close to shopping and restaurants and also to bike and jogging trails. It is well maintained and there is nothing missing in the home. It is very comfortable and contains all the amenities necessary for anyone on a short or longer vacation.
What we liked best was the proximity to the city of New Orleans but the ability to be in a suburban area with no traffic congestion, great shops and many dining and entertainment choices.

We hadn't seen two of our granddaughters in four years and we were looking for a place where they could stay with us while we were visiting. The Mandeville House was the perfect place. The girls enjoyed having a back yard to play in and enough room inside not to be cramped. Extremely clean, everything was supplied and the house is extremely nice. The neighborhood was quiet. We highly recommend the Mandeville house for families.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mandeville house. My family just relocated to the area, and our home was not ready. We chose to stay in the Mandevelle house, rather than book two hotel rooms. It was a wonderful choice. Spacious. Comfortable. They've thought of everything. :)

Gulfport, MSWonderful space for family.

We rented the house in Mandeville so that we could spend more time with out of town family members and guests attending our son's wedding in abita Springs.
The location was excellent for enjoying children and grandchildren we don't get to see often, and turned out to be an ideal open space with seating both inside and outdoors for a Sunday brunch with extended family.
The peaceful neighborhood was a joy and close to the many varied activities offered in the North Shore area as well as New Orleans.
Because I had seen only pictures, I was afraid I would be disappointed in the space, but the house did the pictures justice.

We stayed at the Mandeville house on spring break with our two kids (8 and 5). It was the perfect way to see the New Orleans area with kids. First, the house was lovely, clean, and well equipped. The fenced backyard was a real plus. The neighborhood was quiet and there were nice trails nearby for evening jogs. It was close enough to New Orleans for day trips but far enough away to be family friendly. Fountanbleau State park nearby was awesome. There were some great restaurants in Mandeville too. We were very sorry to have the vacation end. I would stay there again and would highly recommend it to others.
