The perfect place for somebody who wants to take a timeout from the hectic pace of life and enjoy good food, peace of mind and special atmosphere.
The place is within walking distance from the beach,in proximity to restaurants, bars and shops.
This is the perfect place to be both isolated and involved. -

After a lovely first stay in january 2010, we can't stop coming back to kaju varo regularly... we love it, the children too... it is a perfect equilibrium of rest and swim, of luxury and simplicity. The beds are so comfortables, the showers so generous, and the food is delicious ( you can eat for a week there without getting bored, a must.)
+ very dedicated team.
I am looking forward trying out the new villa ;-) -

This review is long overdue. My husband and I stayed at Kaju Varo for a few nights back in March. What a beautiful, and unique, place to experience on our first trip to Goa. First, the walk to the beach is not bad in my opinion. And the stretch of sand that it is closest to was absolutely beautiful. All of the people who work on the property were absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the most amazing private breakfasts each morning. As soon as we returned from our beach walk they would be ready to feed us. All the food, dinner too, was just perfect.
The first couple nights we stayed in the main house and it was totally fine. Really simple but comfortable. We did spend the last couple nights in the concept house and didn't enjoy that quite as much. Just a little to exposed (no locks, no walls, etc.) for our tastes.
Great place. Great people. Unlike anywhere else we've ever stayed. Highly recommend. -

Walking distance from the beach, protected by the hill and the kaju trees, this new and modern lofts combine minimal, essential, comfortable, elegant, spacious, luminous, cool, clean, art oriented ambients with the tropical richness of natural life, lounging pools, sunny and shady gardens. The service is accurate, personal is very kind and helpful, and the food is excellent fusion between local and international cuisine. Fresh, flavoured, espresso and memorable. Ac guarantees comfort even during the humid and warm season.

This was a wonderful stay. The rooms, separate little bungalows actually, so airy and graciously light yet so comfortable, felt like home within a moment of arrival. A darling pool, evocative of a natural brook with little falls, but with a modern twist. The delicious healthy food eaten outside under a big tree, everything here is made to refresh and relax. And the walks around the village, camera in hand, is something i will never forget for its picturesque beauty, and feeling of fun and peacefulness. The staff are super, helpful, friendly, but discreet. Dont hesitate if you are thinking of coming here: It is a way to be in Goa, in a vibrant area loaded with places to sit and eat, but you get to come home, walking, to your own private secluded island of quiet luxe.
