Nearly new one bedroom open plan holiday chalet with great ocean views. Very private setting in large subtropical garden.The chalet is of very high modern standard.
A choice of beautiful, unspoiled beaches are within a few minutes drive.
All amenities e. g. Supermarket, Medical center, Chemist, Sports store etc. are within easy reach as well as some Restaurants.
There are also a choice of Golf Courses, the nearest being approx. 15 min. drive.

We spent three nights at Tee Tree Hill and I could happily have stayed for longer. Our host, Anna, was lovely - very kind and helpful too. Once settled in, we were left to our own space and the spectacular view over Doubtless Bay. I don't think I'd ever get tired of that. The elevation of the property and the floor to ceiling windows certainly did it justice. I'm so glad too that we ventured further north to Mangonui - it is a beautiful area and one well-worth exploring. All in all, a special experience and one which will always be remembered fondly.

We stayed at this beautiful Chalet for two weeks. The owner anna is the most hospitable host we have encountered on our many travels. The Chalet is well appointed, very clean and a convenient base for the whole of the Doubtless Bay area. The Chalet's sub-tropical garden is very extensive and contains a wide variety of Flora and Fauna and stretches to outstanding views over the Bay. This accomodation comes highly recommended.

My husband and I spent a week here in the summer of 2012 and fell in love with the perfect little house and its very kind and caring and generous owner. The view from the living room and bedroom windows was magnificent; one afternoon we saw two perfectly circular rainbows over the beach and village below. Although small in size, the rental felt large in liveability. Even the kitchen, which did not have an oven, didn't keep us from cooking good meals from local fishmongers and markets every night but two. The decks were lovely, the gardens great to stroll in, the bed comfy, the shower and bathroom generous and well-fitted. A memorable week in a beautiful and little-traveled part of NZ, with much to see and do. We can't wait to return for a month some day!
