Oceanfront 2-level home in an unbeatable location!
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Two Bedrooms are situated on the 2nd floor, each with balconies that look out to the Pacific Ocean. You can count on a good nights rest, as the soft sounds of the waves lull you to sleep. The home comfortably sleeps 6, in addition an air mattress is available upon request to accommodate 8.

Payment Terms:
We accept the following forms of payment, in order of preference: PayPal, Credit Card, and Wire Transfer. Unfortunately we cannot accept checks of any kind. 50% of Rental Fees are due upon Booking. The remaining 50% of Rental Fees + Cleaning Fee are due 30 days prior to Arrival. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the Arrival Date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.

What a great place! It's beach front location cannot be beat (right on the strand). We woke up each morning and watched surfers, volleyball tournaments and beachgoers each day. The house was comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely recmmend this property for families or couples that are looking for a beach front location.

We stayed at this great home at the end of a 2 week motorbike trip and loved the location as well as the house. A perfect way to enjoy the beach and still be close to L.A.

Our vacation and stay at this home was wonderful and memorable. The home was very clean and had gorgeous views of the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with all the needed cooking gadgets (plates, pans, etc) and there was a convenience store within walking distance. From the kitchen sink, patio and dining room we enjoyed gorgeous ocean views. At night we were close enough to the ocean to hear the waves crashing which was very relaxing. Sitting on the patio was fun and we did a lot of people watching on the boardwalk and beach. The beach was clean and not very crowded. The beds and bedding were very comfortable which was important as I was pregnant. This was a perfect home for our family to vacation at(we have two young children). We will for sure return to this vacation home for more fun and relaxation.
