This is a wonderful vacation destination. All the comforts of home in a penthouse in Times Square. A true once in a life time experience. This unit with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms allows for tons of privacy. With three queen size beds there is never the need to sleep on the sofa or an air mattress (unless you want to).

Left on 10/26/2010 for a stay in October 2010
I have just returned from staying in this apartment after 4 wonderful nights in NYC. Our party comprised of 4 adults and the apartment more than accomodated us without feeling over crowded.
From day 1 Nicole was a delight to work with and made the entire process simple and efficient, we also availed of her transportation service which also worked without a hitch.
The apartment location was perfect for us, it is situated between 10th & 11th avenue whuch in years gone by looks like it was a commercial area and today ups and others are still there. The apartment os a two minute walk away from the Javitt convention centre and Intrepid air, sea & space museum. Across from the apartment is a 24 hour diner where we found the food to be excellent and a minute away on 10th there is a large number or bars and restaurants to choose from.
The apartment itself is comfortable and clean and also has free wifi which proved excellent for us in planning our days.
All in all a wonderful stay and i cannot wait to get back -

Left on 02/04/2010 for a stay in January 2010
We are a family of 5 and stayed 6 nights in New York. I searched the net for the right property and found it! Great layout, loads of space, 2 bathrooms and kitchen with everything you need. The balcony and living room very light with great views.
Nicole is extremely helpful and onto things immediately if anything needs fixing (we had a small problem with one of the heaters).
Location is only a short cab ride to most New York sites. Very handy with grcery store nearby and great deli around the corner. Make sure you go to some of the nearby restaurants along the street 2 blocks towards Time Square. -

My husband and I rented this apartment with my parents, who are in their late 80s. They had lived outside NYC for most of their lives before moving to Colorado.
The apartment was a perfect base. We entertained old friends. Although they were all New Yorkers, they were all very impressed by the view. The view is spectacular. The living room looks east down 42nd street to the East river. The living room and bedrooms look south down the Hudson to the Statue of Liberty.
We could always find a cab right outside and the beds were comfortable.
The apartment is fairly sparsely furnished, but when we asked Nicole for more glassware, she brought it to us. She was very helpful. -

This apartment was clean, comfortable and only 2 or 3 blocks from Times Square so I guess it took us about 5 or 10 minutes to walk there probably not even that far. There was a great supermarket down the road which was good for us because we wanted to cook a Christmas Dinner. The kitchen was good and we managed well. All in all I would stay there again. go stay and enjoy NYC.

TexasAmazing View!
Left on 01/29/2010 for a stay in January 2010
I stayed in this apartment with 5 other girls, and it comfortably slept the 6 of us. Nicole was very easy to work with. The view is definitely the best thing about the apartment- amazing! We also really appreciated having a common area to hang out while others were getting ready, rather than the usual “meet me in the lobby at X o’clock” when staying in a hotel with a larger group. It was nice to be able to eat breakfast while taking in the view! The towels and bathroom rugs came wrapped in plastic so there was no mistaking that they had been laundered, and everything was clean. My only complaint would be the distance to the subway. It was a bit of a walk to the nearest station, causing us to take more cabs than we had planned. Then again, temperatures were below 20 degrees, and I’m sure we wouldn’t have thought twice about it had it been better weather for walking.

The arrangements with Nicole were convenient and easy to make.
For our extended family, party of eight including three youngsters under 6 years old, the apartment was of the right size to be comfortable, safe and together. The apartment came with enough clean linen and bedding but the living room blinds could use some rehab. There was enough coffee, tea bags and cereal to tide us over initially until we could get to the market. It's location was convenient for most of our sightseeing activities and taxicabs were fairly easy to hail. The apartment was approximately 5 east-west blocks from Time Square and 2-1/2 blocks from the Intrepid Air & Space Museum, all walkable. Restaurants, bank, a deli and a food market were nearby and provided sufficient choice and variety.
Recommended for families though other apartment dwellers tended to be single professionals. We noticed a few young moms and children so our youngsters weren't totally alien in that complex. -

Five of us rented the apartment and were delighted with the location, view, and amenities. The entrance is very private and secure and we were in walking distance to Times Square or the boat docks. We did take a taxi to some places but you could catch one right outside the door. We would stay here again and hope to.

Londonperfect luxury holiday appartment
Left on 11/07/2009 for a stay in October 2009
We had a wonderful time-mostly due to the great appartment with light and sunny aspect.Even good views when pouring with rain. Lovely block with good concierge and security. Fantastic views and very well set up appartment. Very comfortable beds . Well equipped kitchen, could have eaten in if wanted to.
Hard to criticise, only had minor problems turning heating down and TV in main bedroom didn't work. Owner very responsive to our comments and very happy to be contacted via e-mail-phone in appartment, blackberry, which as new travellers to New York we found very re-assuring.
Only comments- some people would want to be 1 or 2 blocks nearer to Times Square, this stretch 42nd Street has 2 car parks, makes it feel less residential but very useful for some.
A guide to local restaurants would be useful-restaurants we spotted ESCA, Le petit 1,2,3, and West Bay all score well.
Perhaps the sofa coming upto due a clean of unholstery-a few marks already when we arrived -

Left on 10/29/2009 for a stay in August 2009
A wonderfully convenient location (cross-town bus stops just across the
street, major subway station a short ride or a 10-minute walk), with an
incredible view - the Statue of Liberty in one direction; a look up to Times
Square in the other; and even a peek-a-boo view of the Empire State Building.
Grocery store, Starbucks within a block; every kind of restaurant imaginable
within 2-8 blocks; easy walk to theaters. Bicycle rentals a block away - great
bike paths along the Hudson River, and over the Brooklyn Bridge!
Very roomy and comfortable for four adults who need some privacy!
Furnishings by IKEA are not up to the penthouse standard, but are adequate,
and the beds are comfortable. 24-hour doorman/reception, pleasant and
secure. We would go back in a flash! -

Nicole was extremely helpful and great to work with. I have been recommending this place to everyone!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Left on 09/22/2009 for a stay in September 2009
We were so pleased to be picked up at the airport with the arranged transportation. What a pleasant surprise to have a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived.
The view of the city was breath taking. The size of the apartment was perfect for the four of us. We had everything that we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for all that we did and the subway was very convenient.
The best part of our stay was being in the apartment and not having to be in a hotel. The
worst part was going home. -

Left on 09/15/2009 for a stay in September 2009
I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to
anyone visiting NYC. You'll probably want to sit
on the balcony and drink in the view the entire
time but if you do decide to come indoors, you'll
find comfy furnishings and no fighting over the
bathroom since there are 2. We loved the location-
very close to great restaurants and attractions but
far enough away from the madness of touristy Times
Square. Nicole was a pleasure to deal with and
always had a quick response to e-mails and text
msgs. We took advantage of her car service to and
from JFK- not much more than the cost of a cab but
in the comfort of an SUV. Did I mention the
view...from the 44th floor? -

Left on 08/13/2009 for a stay in July 2009
This apartment was just great for a family of 5. It sure beats staying in a hotel. The location was very convenient to Times Square, restaurants, Broadway Shows, etc. The 42nd street bus stop is right there at the corner. There is a also a deli/grocery right there on 11th and 43rd that made great sandwiches and they delivered.
Just a gorgeous view! Nicole was very helpful if you needed anything. -

We received friendly, personal service. Nicole was very helpful. The apartment was lovely and clean, with a fabulous view. Only a few blocks from Times Square (very easy walk) and only one block to the Hudson River. Small grocery store/Deli on the corner and a 24hr diner just across the road. Found a great Irish Pub, McQuaids, visible from the apartment block. Washing facilities downstairs with numerous machines and driers. We had a great time, highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the apartment over July 4th. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo had plenty of room for two couples. Location is great if you want to be near (walking) times square but not right in the middle of it.
The all night diner across the sctreet was key for late night & for breakfast.
The balcony provided a great place to watch the fireworks and a great view in the morning.

Great penthouse apartment with a view of all mid-town, including Times Square. Unit sits between 42nd and 43rd and is only three blocks from Times Square.
Very clean unit in a beautiful building with a doorman and concierge. Coffee and fruit in the lobby every morning.
We very strongly recommend it and would use it again when the opportunity arises. -

Hello!
I was in New York in late April on the floor of Nicole. The experience was fantastic. I loved the city! Walked all day but returned home with the desire to sit on the terrace of the apartment and the views distrutar we had. The apartment we found it very functional and comfortable, located at strategic points to reach any point on the island. I recommend it to any Pesonen you want to spend a few days in New York. So if, for group trips (up to six people) but because the price soared. -

Left on 06/22/2009 for a stay in June 2009
I always hesitated coming to New York with my wife and family thinking that I would not enjoy it. We stayed 3 nights and packed in plenty of miles on our feet along with several rides on the subway. I will be coming back someday to see a few things we didn't see as well as spend more time at others. We actually packed in 9 people (2 families) at the apartment. We basically only spent the nights there as we were tourists during the whole day. Nicole was VERY helpful before and during our stay. Most importantly she supplied us with the bedding we needed for our stay which included a new aero bed to accomodate all of us. We will definatly be contacting her for our next visit to "The Big Apple"!

Nicole was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to be accomodating. I would highly recommend this condo. It is close to everything. Just a couple of blocks to Times Sqaure, subway and the Hudson River. Being on the 44th floor, there was not much we couldn't see. The view was amazing.

Left on 06/20/2009 for a stay in May 2009
Nicole provided personalised and professional service from my initial contact throughout our holiday. We are a family of 4 adults and couldn't have wished for a more perfect accommodation; perched on 44th floor looking towards Times Square and overlooking the Hudson River.
The unit was immaculate, well decorated, functional with heaps of space, so we didn't anoy each other.
Metro was 3 blocks away to gain easy access to the the usual tourist attractions. The only drawback was there was no internal laundry in the apartment. A coin operated laundry in the building proved inconvenient and costly for the family.
Good value for money and I would highly recommend this unit to my family and friends. When next planning to visit NYC we are sure to contact Nicole for our accommodation needs.
