Amazing views of the Hudson River. This apartment is furnished and comes with wireless Internet, HDTV. Both bedrooms feature a queen size bed. Additional sleeping can be done via sofabed in apartment or Double top queen size Air Mattress with headboard.
Beautifully landscaped roof top deck can accommodate gathering anytime. There is a fitness center and movie screening room you can use. Our stay (4 women) in New York was way too short (5 days) but the excellent location was a real plus in getting around to all the major spots. Nicole was always very professional and answered all my emails very promptly as well as a repair that was needed (door handle fell off in the bathroom). The apt. itself offers a fantastic view of the Hudson River and the sunset from the sundeck above was absolutely gorgeous. It is modern, bright and fully furnished...even suppplied us with 4 umbrellas that were needed on two days of our trip. My only suggestion is providing reading lamps in the bedrooms and perhaps an Italian espresso coffee maker in the kitchen (we brought our own). We also enjoyed breakfast at the French "bistro" directly across the street from the entrance to the building. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a very enjoyable stay and found the location to be ideal. It was walking distance to major attractions and had very good neighborhood restuarants!

Great location with spectacular views. The apartment had plenty of space for our needs and the facilities were good. We appreciated the washing machine and dryer!
Lots of restaurants within walking distance and also grocery stores.
We would happily stay there again if we visit New York another time. -

Our modern clean accommodations more than exceeded our expectations! Our
two bedroom, two bath apartment was spacious enough for all five of us to be
comfortable without crowding! The location was perfect and the views
amazing! We especially loved the rooftop terrace! Thanks to Nicole, we had no
worries or concerns and everything was better than promised. We can't wait to
return next year! -

Everything is great about the apartment, from its location to the amenities. It
is only a few blocks away from Time Square and 5th Ave. Subway is only 3
blocks away. The apartment has an amazing view of the Hudson. The sun
deck is absolutely amazing with the view of Midtown and the Hudson. Great
gym equipment. Last but not least, the service from the property owner is one
of the best I've had. Responsive and very accommodating, we had an 8h00 pm
flight on our last day there, and she accommodated us to have the apartment
until driver picks us up for the airport. I highly recommend this apartment! -

Very nicely decorated appartment in Midtown Manhattan. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not adequately equipped (hardly any pans). Good points: view from window, washing machine, fitness center

Thank you for the very nice review. I have three units in the same building and lot so times people come with large parties so i do take from one unit and give to another. If you would have called me i would be happy to bring you anything you needed. That's what you pay for excellent service. I am sorry you didn't let me know that you need additional supplies i know have it in one of the apartment.

My friends and I had the pleasure to stay in Nicole's apartment after the 4th of July. The apartment was clean and spacious with all the amenities. Many of our best photos came from the sundeck! The apartment was accessible to the subways (2 blks) and Times Square / Central Park were short walks away. Nicole was the absolute best and was always available within a phone call. Consider yourself fortunate if you get to stay in this great apartment. Sharon

The penthouse was a great place to stay. It was large, big enough for 7 people and the view was fantastic. To see the Hudson River on one side and the Manahantan Skyline at night on the other was an experience. The people that managed the penthouse were very nice and accomodating.

Our son graduated from college in New York, so to celebrate we decided to spend a few days in the city together. I found this great website and then Nicole. She had just what I was looking for! A two bedroom apt. midtown. The Apt was beautiful, the view amazing, and the location perfect. Nicole was available anytime we needed her.
My husband and I hightly recommend the properties Homeaway represents and the staff.

The house is located in one of the best parts of Manhatten. The Time Square, Central Park an the next Subway Stadtion can be reached by food in about 10 Minutes.
Supermarket an Restaurants are near the house.
The Gym and a huge Sundeck with a wonderful view over midtown Manhatten are includet.
24 hour door service is a good thing.
The apartment was well equipped, with 2 big flatscreens. Very usefull was dish-washer, and the kitchen Appliances like a microwave. The beds were very comfortable and we would book the appartement anytime again.
