For midtown, westside luxury living high above the street noise, this rental offers space and great views.
Nicole is a pro, making it easy to get in and out. Who needs NYC Hotel hassles when you can book a 2 bedroom high rise to taste city life. A walk from Times Square and nearby attractions, you really cannot find a better value in this class in the area. -

I and 2 of my girlfriends planned a weekend in New York. We found a great 2 bedroom/2 bath in the Chelsea area or Midtown.The location was very central to the theatres,Central Park,Time Square and the MOMA as well as the subway. The best coffee shop in Manhattan is across the street as well,a pleasant surprise the first morning;)
For next time we would request a local phone for making reservations and a better vacumn.The suite was generally clean except for the bathroom floors and carpets. But overall it was a lovely place to rent. -

Starting from our pickup Nicole arranged at the airport, this rental was top notch. The driver she arranged was absolutely phenomenal!!! Funny and gave some great info on the city. He was even able to go above and beyond and take us to the Giants game. Definately book your drive through nicole the service was incredible. The condo was great. Nice building phenomenal views with a spectacular rooftop sitting area. Condo was simple but very very nice in a great location in Manhattan. We were close to the subway, but walked to major hotspots like Central Park, Empire State, Times Square, Broadway, 5th Avenue and many amazing restaurants and delis within a couple blocks. We would go back to New York in an instant and would 100% stay here in this great condo again.

The apartment was great! Good location, great view, comfortable - what more could one want? There were 6 of us, and we were not crowded. The flat is well-equiped, so we had everything we needed. Nicole is extremely helpful and sincerely wants guests to enjoy their stay. She even gave me her cell phone number and encouraged me to call if there was anything we needed(imagine!). FYI: she also has a transportation service that will take you to and from the airports. We used it and were more than satisfied. I highly recommend both the apartment and the car sevice.

The location is wonderful. There is a supermarket and lots of restaurants closeby. The concierge employees are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is fully equipped. This is my second time renting in this building, and I would definitely do it again!

Situ? dans un quartier calme ? l'?cart des endroits touristiques cet apartement r?cent est d'un excellent rapport qualit? prix pour un s?jour de 4 personnes en raison de ses 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains.
La vue depuis le s?jour et les 2 chambres est superbe.On ne s'en lasse pas.
En face on trouve une boulangerie Fran?aise et ? 5 minutes ? pied un grand super march? ainsi qu'un magasin qui vend du vin et de l'alcool.
Egalement pratique l'arret du bus 31 qui permet une travers?e de la ville Est Ouest
Dans la rue au coin de la 10?avenue,il y a un excellent restaurant le Taboon ( sp?cialit?s Moyen Orient ) -

We were met at the building earlier than our check in time and were shown the building and given an explaination of the facilities.
The apartment was clean when we returned. It had a great view and access to the roof. We enjoyed the view.
The building had a doorman and elevator. We felt very secure during our stay. The subway was only 3 or 4 blocks away. Times Square was only about 10 blocks away. We walked to it several times with no problem day and in the evenings too.
The apartment had a flat panel LCD tv (we never used it) and nice kitchen and nice bathrooms. The apartment was simple but nice. One doorknob to the bathroom was the only thing out of order. Both bedrooms and the living room had a view of the city. We never closed the blinds. It was nice.
I have recomended some friends of ours to contact the property owner about staying there in October. They booked too. Looking to going back with a group this summer. Hope things work out to stay there again. -

Full equiped apartment for two couples. Two bedroom
and two baths. Living room with fantastic views.
Acces to roof deck with tables for a drink...
Perfect location in midtown. Close to times square
but not to much closer...In the very front of the
apartments there is a french pastisserie for
breakfast of dinner ( Le Bergamotte ). The best the
convenient facilities and location. The least the
noise of the air conditioned in the bedroom and
living room. Still highly recommended. -

We stayed in Unit 15K and were not disappointed! Nicole was extremely helpful throughout the whole rental process--to taking care of our reservation while she was on vacation to always being available via phone/email.
The unit was exactly as expected and is presented in the pictures. The living room carpet was a little dirty but that really wasn't a problem. Everything else was very clean.
We were a group of 7 and were missing some cookware and utensils. Nicole brought us what we needed and even offered to buy other things that we may have wanted for the kitchen if she didn't have them! We were very impressed by this! There was a slight problem with the foldout couch-bed, but Nicole brought someone to fix it right away! She really provided excellent customer service!
The location is good and the view is amazing from the apartment and the roof top terrace. We got some excellent pictures.
The beds were very comfortable.
Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely rent with Nicole again!!!! thanks!

My family and I stayed in this apartment for 6 nights and it exceeded our expectations. Nicole herself was very friendly and committed and a great help with any questions we had. We used her shuttleservice to and from the airport and were really satisfied with the service. The apartment is located in a new highrise building which offers a gym and an amazing sundeck at the rooftop. The views of the skyline and Hudson river are stunning and it really makes you feel like being on top of your own, private Empire State Building. We found the apartment to be very clean, fully equipped and beautifully decorated.
The surrounding area has lots of neat little restaurants and there is a very good (but pricey)French bakery just across the street. Also, Times Square is within walking distance.
We definitly recommend booking this apartment to anyone ! -

This was a great place to stay for our first visit to New York City. The apartment was reasonably priced and convenient to sightseeing and the subway. It was clean and comfortable and the rooftop terrace offered great views of the area. Nicole was very helpful in answering all our questions prior to arrival.

We stayed in this midtown apartment in June 2009. The location is great-
you can easily walk to times square, broadway,central park and5th avenue.
It is only a 10 minute walk to pick up the hop on hop off tourist bus routes
which is a good way to get an overview of New York and decide where you
want to go back to. We had a 3 day ticket which I would recommend. The
apartment is only a few years old, is large for New York standards (we were
2 couples sharing so the 2 bathrooms are great). The is Dagastino's
supermarket just 5 minutes aroun the corner for all your supplies. The little
diner just 1 minute away on the corner of 52nd & 10th is good & cheap if
you want breakfast out.
The manhattan view from the living & bedroom windows is sensational.
There is also a great gym, lounge and rooftop where you can mix with the
locals. Nicole is very helpful and there is tourist information in the
apartment. We wanted Yankees tickets and Nicole told us about
stubhub.com where you can get tickets at reduced prices. You can also
print out your tickets which is great, instead of meeting someone at the
stadium. Our tickets only cost $12 each for $50 tickets. We really enjoyed
our stay here and will be back. -

Our family had a terrific time at this apartment. We had 2 BR and 2 baths. The layout was very nice. We were in NYC for our son's Columbia Graduation which is why we choose this location. What a good choice we made! The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautiful, and modern. The lobby is really modern and furnished nicely. The security was impressive with the front desk making sure were were tenants. When a guest arrived to visit us, the front desk phoned our apartment to confirm. Nicole was very helpful in getting us situated and checked in. The location of this apartment building is perfect. We walked to Times Square and to many restaurants in the area. The rooftop deck has awesome views and provides patio furniture and tables. We took lots of photos from the rooftop deck since the Hudson River and Manhattan builtings are an incredible vista. If you need a taxi, the street outside the apartment has plenty! I really can't say enough great things about our week at this venue; we would certainly do it again. It is #1.

Amazing condo. Super upscale building with a quick walk to everything. Million dollar view from the entire apartment plus breathtaking view of the city from the rooftop deck. Two bathrooms made mornings easier getting ready with the family. Perfect place to spend the week pretending to be a Manhattanite.
