The Terrace apartment is one of the most beautiful of the East Village Apartments with it’s high ceilings and outdoor veranda. Our NYC holiday apartment is the perfect place to relax after a busy day in the city.

appartement très confortable, d'un goût parfait et raffiné. Tout est là , du lave vaisselle au pc portable, des bouquins, de la documentation etc. Suddah et son équipe sont efficaces et sympathiques. La situation est parfaite, à proximité de tout et un magnifique supermarché bio est a proximité. Si vous envisagez d'aller à new york, n'hésitez pas, c'est l'adresse!

Nous avons été très bien accueillies.L'appartement était très propre,dans un quartier calme avec cependant beaucoup de restaurants dans les rues alentour.Les échanges effectués par mail ont été agréables et efficaces.l'organisation était parfaite.Le lit supplémentaire demandé était bien là ! et tous les lits étaient très confortables.Le seul petit défaut était peut-êre le côté un peu sombre car en demi sous sol mais nous étions parties du matin au soir alors cela ne nous a pas génées.La location correspondait à ce que nous attendions .Aucune déception et nous recommandons l'adresse bien entendu !Ce séjour était parfait !!

I have just returned from the Garden apartment in East Village with 5 family members. The apartment is exactly as described on the website and I would definately recommend it.
The location is within easy walking distance on SoHo, Greenwich Village, Little Italy, China Town and sights such as the World Trade Centre site and Brooklyn Bridge. -

The moment we walked in, it was ours. Warm welcoming, spacious,very nicely equipped, great bathroom. What a great place to start your day in the city. It is like living in a village, friendly people and so many nice restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. The apartment is a delight to come home to after roaming the streets for hours (in heavy snow!). We had a perfect stay, no better place to feel like a new yorker!
