FranceGreat stay in NYC
Left on 05/09/2013 for a stay in April 2013
It was a very beautiful experience to NYC. The apartment is very well situated: very close to the subway and to the city center .We were 5 and the apartment is good for 3 or 4. There are all the conveniences. Tony and Linus are very nice persons. We are very happy of our stay and we are nostalgic.Without hesitating I shall call on Tony for a next stay :-)

Ideal for exploring New York. We were two adults and two teenagers in the apartment. Bus, Subway, 5th avenue, Central Park and supermarket nearby. A big thank you to Toni for its hospitality and professionalism.

BrisbaneClose to everything, fantastic place!

I stayed here with 2 girlfriends when in New York for a girls' trip away. Location was amazing- Starbucks on the corner, gourmet supermarket across the road and subway at the end of the street. Quiet and convenient location.
Only drawbacks: the lighting in the place was dreadful: putting on makeup was a nightmare, not enough mirrors (bathroom was only one) the loft was a bit claustaphobic but the 2 couches in the lounge and the bed in the bedroom meant there was space. Fantastic spot and would reccommendate this place to anyone! -

Zaragoza (Spain)better trip ever
Left on 03/08/2011 for a stay in February 2011
The better was the location, near Central Park, Fifth avenue. There is a supermarket in front of the apartment. The street is quiet, but not dangerous. We didn't feel scare.
The worst were the beds. The sofa was broken, and the upstairs bed was a inflatable bed, very uncomfortable. Also the bedroom had a broken window, and it was very cold...
The apartment was small, but we didn't mind, becausa we were there only to sleep. -

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location of the apartment was in a nice and safe neighborhood. Within walking distance of downtown city and the metro. The apartment was simple but very cozy. There was room enough for 4 people. Next time we visit New York we definitely use again the services of the Myah group. We really enjoyed our stay in New York. Thanks to the Myah group.

Taby, SwedenDefinitely fulfilled our needs

Just got back from our 6 night stay at the apt. For two adults with kids it is perfect. For a family with teenagers our friends sharing it might feel a bit crowded.
Good location, food store just across the street. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood and MTa services nearby.
The bridge just across the street did not bother at all.
My@h group were very friendly and also helped us out in keeping our luggage after checking out of the apt.
As mentioned above, the Wi-Fi is not working as one would wish, but hopefully that will be better. -

switzerlandApartment for family with good quality/price balance
Left on 10/28/2010 for a stay in October 2010
The apartment was fine for a family with two children (not too young to climb to the mezzanine) I would suggest the owner to have a more efficient ventilation, by example to change the living-room simple glass for a real window that you can open. Wi fi wasn't working so often, the owner should provide one router in each of apartment. It misses also lights inside; it was hard to read farer than two feet from one both lamps!!! Last thing is a detail but we would have appreciate having rel glasses to drink wine or other, instead of giant plastic... But these are details the owner willprobably correct, otherwise this apartment was fine, in a nice neighborhood, close to most of the things we wnted to visit
