I tokk my family for their very first time to NY City. The apartment is very well located, the subway line close to the building go to all of the NY atractions. The apartment has all what a family needs. We enjoyed our visit to the big apple and the apartment gave us the facilities to reload energy fir the next days.

Good location. Things well organized in advance. The only trouble we had was getting inside the apartment when we arrived. We have been told something that was not the case and had to call the owner/agent. Cost us a lot of money as we didn't have us phones (about $40) - pretty frustrating! That's one of these things that don't have to go wrong if you communicate well...no big deal after all though.
Our stay in general was great. Ny was great. The subway was right at our door steps. The apartment was nice. New bathroom, new towels, new linens. The only thing we found was that the dishes could have been cleaner - just a small thing with such a huge effect. There really shouldn't be somebody's lipstick marks on your wine glass... But again, these things should also not spoil your stay.

My family and I decided to sacrifice a little bit location because we were 9 all together. We could not afford to get hotel rooms in midtown. To our surprise the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had an eat in kitchen open to the living room with 2 sofa beds and it was perfect for our stay. We were able to sit and watch TV in the large flat screen all at the same time!!! Subway trip to midtown was not bad at all. It was really affordable and we would recommend it to anyone with large families and smaller groups as well.

Although this apartment is about 25 minutes by underground from the city centre, it is an ideal apartment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is tidy, clean and well equipped. Three queen size beds, and two sleeper couches if required. All amenities are nearby like food and wine shopping, laundry, and wifi in the apartment.
