Gorgeous 3/4 bedroom 2 full bath apartment 8 minutes to TIMES SQUARE!!. (3 stops on the subway to W59th (Time Warner/Central Park South) which is two blocks away). One mopre stop to Times Square.|

THE LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM: The sitting room has a decorative fireplace, large sofa and single sofabed chair.

THE LIVING ROOM: has dining area, table and chairs, two couches, a large flat screen television, floor to ceiling huge windows and lovely decor.

The baths: Both are full. They decor is clean and fresh.

THE KITCHEN: The kitchen is gorgeous with granite countertops, island and stainless steel appliances....

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an elevator building. It is a huge apartment, over 1600 square feet. The ceilings are 11 feet high and all of the rooms have almost floor to ceiling windows that let the light pour in!! The floors are a beautiful dark cherry and shiny!

When you walk in there is a 70 foot hallway. To your left is the

BEDROOM 1: LARGE MASTER BEDROOM: with a queen bed, two side tables, large antique dresser and lovley winter white french couch.

SECOND BEDROOM: There is a second bedroom near the door which also has a queen,

THIRD BEDROOM: continuing down the hall there is another bedroom with a twin and twin trundle, desk, side table and large window.

BATH: There is a full bath next to this room that has a shower and tub.

SECOND BATH: The second full bath is very large. It has a large dresser, treadmill, shower and tub. Both baths are dressed in Laura Ashley and inviting.

EXTRA SLEEPING AREAS: The sitting room has a super large comfy couch and a twin bed.

THE AREA: Close to Columbia University Hospital, two blocks to the subway,Starbucks, Cafe Jou Jou, one block to great shopping, grocery, wine bars, restaurnts (Cafe Verde, Plum Pomador (great live music), fantastic seafood restaurant and too much to mention.

Because of the hospital the area is full of Dr's, residents, nurses and students as well as regular New Yorkers!!

This apartment is great for familys or groups. It is also suitable for those who need to visit the nearby hospitals (2 blocks) and want to be close. It is a very comfortable luxury apartment.

THIS IS A FABULOUS PLACE TO CALL HOME WHILE VISITING MANHATTAN!!!

Great and vibrant area. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars within walking distance. A short walk to the subway takes you to mid town in about 10 mins. or less (3 stops). The usual Starbucks, McDonalds as well with in a 3 minute walk. Shopping/grocery/laundry, parks abound... Riverside, Bennet, 15 min walk to the Cloisters and Fort Tryon Park... 5 min taxi ride. You simply must eat/drink and or be merry at the New Leaf Cafe in the park. Gorgeous in the summer/Fall and Spring!!

  My family of six stayed at this awesome, spacious apartment December 16th through December 22nd. This apartment is probably close to 2400 Square Ft. very large for a rental, a ton of space, two large bathrooms. For us it was a great location, right beside of Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, Starbucks, CVS, McDonalds, a local grocery store were all one block away, it seemed to be a very nice, friendly, safe neighborhood. 2 blocks to Sub Way #1 easy access to down town Manhattan, easy access back home. I would highly recommend this rental!!! If and when we go back to NYC I will definitely try and rent this apartment again.
