Had other properties in Manhattan talk to me about "applications", contracts, and other legalese documentary ping-pong.
Not here. All was bare-bones simple & smooth.
Easy to find (mind you, doorman, who is present until midnight, may be on the other side of the road). Night doorman a pleasure to work with.
Very new, all is clean inside and outside of unit, nice bedding, enjoyable shower, lots of TV channels. Found no hardware to lay 2 suitcases on, had to give up the big chair in the room for one of them.
Electrical connections somewhat shambolic. Wifi password is presented in an obscure way that gives one pause, and actual traffic seems a bit slow, but the connection is rock solid. Unit phone number is not obvious, had to go ask for it, reply comes out of a look-up table with the doorman.
Did not cook, but all equipment I could have wanted was there.
You can even open the window!
Btw, can't call the location quiet: normal NYC clearance of garbage and early deliveries will wake you up if you aren't beat enough. Shades are clean and work, but do not create darkness.
Still, no major complaints. -

My boyfriend and I recently stayed here for 4 nights and thought it was excellent! Its clean, has a brilliant location, only 5 mins walk away from the Empire state building! Across the road there is a cafe which has an impressive breakfast menu and is cheap. (its only open monday to friday though). The apartment was very clean and spacious with everything you need. I would stay here again for sure!

This apartment was fantastic. Mark was great to deal with and the doorman was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with sepearte living area and kitchen. It was modern, clean and the location was also fantastic. Its central location made it very easy to walk to all the sites in Manhattan. Whether it's Central Park, Brooklyn Bridge, Soho or the Financial District. But for those who like to dodge walking or want to travel a bit further afield, less than a 10 minute walk you will find Penn Station and Central Station. Other subway stations are close by. With this apartment having a kitchen there are 2 supermarkets approximately 5-10 minute walk away. There are also numerous bottle shops for those who want to have a few drinks watching TV or sitting on the balcony after a full day of site seeing. I can highly recommend this property to you. I will certainly be returning. Happy travels.
