My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous 10 days in NYC staying here. A great location - Central Park on your doorstep, wonderful coffee shop around the corner, walk to museums and galleries and close to bus and subway. The apartment is comfortable and well cared for, as much space as we needed given we were out all day, and our contact with the owners was always friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again and the experience left us wanting more of the Big apple.

We arrived very late at night but this was no problem for Marcia as she organised to have someone meet us at the apartment. On arrival, Washington gave us a quick run-down of the local area and a few hints and tips during our stay. Marcia came over the following evening to introduce herself with a bag of goodies and from that point, was an invaluable source of information and assistance. She also provided her mobile number in case of emergencies which was very reassuring. Her friendliness and helpfulness, together with the excellent location of the apartment, added to the very enjoyable experience we had in New York. With bus and subway so close, downtown was easy to access and Central Park provided hours of walking/strolling enjoyment. We will definitely be returning and look forward to being welcomed once again on our return!

North BergenOld World European Charm
Left on 09/19/2012 for a stay in September 2012
We arrived at our appointed hour and a representative was waiting for us with champagne on ice. This lovely studio exuded old world European charm. Fresh flowers adorned the mantle over the working fireplace. The furniture could be found in any European charmant petit appartement. What a surprise to have a cozy outdoor deck, which we used every night. The studio was in pristine condition with everything to make our stay more than comfortable. Traveling west at our doorstep was Central Park, 5th ave, Madison ave and major museums. In contrast we also had lively east side neighborhoods filled with diverse restaurants all leading to the Riverwalk on the East River. Something for everyone! Never having stayed in this area we knew that Marcia @Mpbht & Assoc was only a text away, if we needed her. However we easily acclimated ourselves to our surroundings. This was a wonderful experience and we will recommend Flipkey to our family and friends. Thanks so much.
