We have a beautiful one bed luxury apartment fully furnished in Mid-Manhattan on West 58th street and 9th Avenue, next to Central Park. As you can easily see in our local map, our neighborhood provides rich and pr...estigious Manhattan culture to New York visitors all year long. Central Park could be considered as your personal garden in which you can exercise, walk and play, meet people at any time. Carnegie Hall is just 2 blocks' away, and Lincoln Center and New York Phil Orchestra are also in a short walking distance. CBS TV station, Broadway musicals & opera theaters, Fordham law school, Julliard music college....all are in our neighborhood. Most of all, our people in this top Manhattan neighborhood, Central Park, are really wonderful Americans whom you may wish to get along with and share your life stories with. In our apartment building located in the heart of our neighborhood, we have a beautiful one bed room with a queen size bed, and a charming living room with a sofa bed couch, TV, computer & internet, and a marble kitchen with full of kitchen stuffs including cookers and toaster. A romantic bathroom provides with hot water for 24 hours and 7days a week. The building has an elevator. Our furnished apartment can accommodate up to four people. Two mega whole food supermarkets are right next to my apt building and there are many excellent dinners and restaurants within a block from the apartment. All subway train lines (No. 1, A, C, B, D, R, W, N, Q) are available within one block(1 minute), right in front of your apt. In your enquiry, please tell us your moving-in and moving-out dates clearly, and how many people you will accompany with for this apartment. Rates are slightly different, depending upon a season you need to visit, and discount rent rates are also available for case by case (like a long term or returning tenant). All subway lines are available in a block; New York Central Park is a block away. If you have a subway train card, you are ready to travel all over the city.   Appartement bien trop petit pour 4 personnes, mauvaise literie dans le salon, très bruyant toute la nuit.
  Quasi impossible de se préparer à manger (manque d'ustensiles).
  50 € de caution retenus car mon fils a saigné du nez et taché les draps ( il a donc fallu les nettoyer ...).
  Heureusement que la ville est incroyable !
  Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Le " beautiful and luxury" sont vraiment de trop.

  Both my husband and I are very satisfied in staying in this apartment. Way much better than staying in a hotel. The apartment is very neat, and have all the basic needs, including towels! But most importantly, it has a rice cooker, an important tools for asian like us. Easy access to groceries (Whole Foods, among others), but if the 24 hours restaurants in both corners definitely made you feel like a new yorker. We definitely put this place as number one choice if we visit NYC again. Last but not least, John was very helpful and easy to get in touch. Definitely a plus.

  Hi everybody.I looked for apartments in new york for my christmas holiday and just like you,I read reviews that helped me to chose this beautiful place.10 min walk to times square. I even walked from groud zero of the twin towers with my 5 year old boy.what can I say ! go for it ;you will not regret staying there. John is a wonderful person .if i ever go back to new york ,this will be my holiday home.

  Les recomiendo este hermoso departamento al momento de elegir hospedaje en NY. John estuvo puntualmente en el horario acordado y ofrecio tener nuestras valijas hasta el horario del check in ya que el deparmanteo estaba ocupado. Gentilmente nos recomendo y nos dio informacion util de lo que teniamos cerca del dpto.
  El departamento estaba muy limpio y ofrecia todas las comodidades informadas.
  La ubicacion es perfecta, cerca de todo, y a la vez sin ruidos externos. Cerca pueden encontrar varios lugares para comer, farmacia, supermercados, todo ahi mismo.!!! Definitivamente volveria!!!

  John was excellent. He was there upon our arrival and gave us an introduction to the suite as well as the surrounding area. He was quick to respond to our requests (we wanted more towels, dish cloths, soap) and was very accomodating. The suite was clean and had everything that we required. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and the suite was very quiet. We had a problem with the computer and he came and fixed that immediately (it was probably our problem!) The location is excellent. There are many restaurants, grocery and drug stores in the area. Very convenient We recommend this property unconditionally. It is advertised for 4 people, but we would say that it is better for two. Four would be a bit crowded!

  After spending 7 nights here in March 2012, with a group of 4 people, I wanted to express how great this apartment was.
  The location is superb, supermarkets, pharmacies, subway and plenty of food options right at the doorstep.
  John was lovely to deal with, patiently giving me directions to the apartment and being very helpful with any questions we had.
  The apartment was small, but for New York but it was clean and well equipped and for our purpose it was excellent.
  Overall, we were very happy here, it was a great base for the week we stayed, having the kitchen is always a nice extra as opposed to a hotel room and full sized fridge was fantastic, the wi-fi also worked well.
  I would highly recommend staying here.
