We came for a short stay and the apartment was just what we needed! The feeling of NY, everywhere-a walking distance. The apartment was clean, warm, cozy and for a great price. Roderick was reliable, very nice and welcoming.
We'd love to come back and stay again... hope soon.

This unit is in a small block (4 levels) right in the middle of the East Village, set back off the street giving privacy, quiet and a nice courtyard. Lots of great Restaurants and Bars nearby and easy access to subway, but walking distance to Washington Sq, Astor Pl, Strand Books etc..
The unit was very comfortable, well equipped including condiments from previous travellers, although we didn't need to cook in, you could do this if desired. Bed was comfortable although pillows a little firm.
Roderick was friendly and punctual both on arrival and departure.

My stay at this apartment was a great one. Roderick met me at the street with my bags and welcomed me to my apartment. He was always quick to respond to my questions and helpful when I needed anything. The unit was sparkling clean, with a comfy bed, hot shower and large kitchen.
The neighborhood is great with tons of restaurants, bars and shops to check out. A quick subway ride away from the best NYC has to offer.
Whether you're staying a weekend, week or month, I highly recommend these accommodations.
