This studio is really terrific! It is down the block from Riverside Park. It is between two subway stops. It is close to Zabars, where you can pick up great less expensive meals. The place is immaculate. The bed is really comfortable. There is wifi.. When you're really busy being the tourist in all the hustle and bustle it is nice to come back home to a tree lined street that is quiet and safe. The woman that runs this place is Veronica. She is most helpful.

Veronica was helpful and competent. I thought she did an outstanding job. The apartment was in a perfect location for us. It was clean, quiet and as advertised. The kitchen was enough for us to enjoy morning coffee and an eat-in meal once in awhile. The apartment was close to many of the activities and sites we had come to New York to see.

Totally happy with this studio apt. Good location, quiet, warm, clean, and Veronica is great. Everything taken care of, was so simple to arrange and just in general was a place I could call home - so important while you're travelling to have a base. There's an elevator - essential. And a big closet.
I highly recommend this apt for couples, singles/students and the like. 5/5.

Excellent location close to an easy commute on the M 60 and the #1 sub from LaGuardia airport. Close to groceries, the subway system, restaurants, pubs, Central and Riverside Parks.
Veronica was very helpful before and during our stay, even with all the upheaval and uncertainty in NYC during our holiday. Wonderful people, wonderful city. -

This is a great apartment in an excellent location, very convenient for the subway and only 15 mins walk from Lincoln Center (I am an opera singer, and was working at the Met). When I arrived everything was spotless, and all was very convenient, and worked well. The building is clean and the area felt completely safe. The bed was especially comfortable. I didn't want to leave!
