We recently had a great stay at this unit while visiting Manhattan. It is perfectly located right on Broadway actually in Times Square! The views are simply breathtaking. However although in the middle of all the action, I was able to get a peaceful nights sleep. I am a problem sleeper and was very concerned with all the action within Times Square. However, it was no problem with the noise outside since the window panels keep the unit sound isolated. Floor to ceiling windows with an awesome view and quiet inside. This unit has it all.
The people at the front desk were helpful and very friendly. They go out of their way to help as they know most of the guests are from another state or country. Also, the owner Peter and his son Stephen are such gentlemen. They are always reachable and were very concerned about us enjoying our stay. They provided us with a list of attractions, restaurants and places to visit. They also showed us how to take advantage of some free services offered to guests outside of New York. Great direction and advice. Thanks again Peter and Stephen, we definitely will come back to visit NYC and look forward to stay with you again!

This lovely condo was the perfect home base for our one week NYC vacation! We are 2 adults/2 kids and it was just the right amount of space. Both beds (bedroom & pullout) were comfortable, the unit is very well equipped, and it is surprisingly quiet and serene given the constant activity just outside. The location is perfect! Quick to head uptown, quick to head downtown. There are several subway stations within a few blocks so you can head anywhere and minimize your transfers. Peter and Stephen are great to work with as well. When we return to NYC, we would love to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo in the heart of NYC. The location is amazing, the condo is beautiful, and Peter & Stephen are fantastic to work with from start to finish. I can't possibly say enough great things about our stay and will without question be back for future visits.

We have just returned from a great trip to NYC. The trip was made even more special due our stay at this apartment. The location at Times Square simply cannot be beat. Stephen and Peter were excellent in their communication throughout the booking process. Next time in New York we will be sure to look at staying here again.

Great place to stay in an awesome location! Our family of 4 had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the views of the city! The owners are the best to deal with, you cannot ask for nicer, more professional people to deal with. We would rent again in a New York minute!

We have just returned from the most amazing holiday staying at this apartment. The views are fantastic and everything you want to see is in close proximity. The subway, tour buses, attractions, shopping, restaurants, Broadway shows, Times Square, Central Park and more, are literally right outside your door. Staff at the front desk are friendly and very helpful. The apartment itself is modern, clean and the views are indeed as spectacular as promised. Heavy curtains block out noise and light at night so sleep is not interrupted. The owners are very helpful and always available if you have questions. I would recommend this apartment to everyone from couples to families.

This was a great place to spend Christmas in NYC. The apartment couldn't be in a better location. It is within walking distance to most of the sights of NYC. It's a short walk to many Broadway shows, Rockefeller Center, shopping, restaurants. The apartment is well stocked, clean, beautiful and has the most amazing view. Peter was most helpful and was quick to answer all my questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a girlfriends' getaway or family vacation.

From start to finish we were welcomed with hospitality. All questions were answered.
My husband got seperated from us , and was lent a key to get in to wait, good thing because I had forgotten I had his key. The unit looked exactly like the pictures=luxury.
The kitchen had all new utilities, everything you could think of. The bath and sleeping beds were fully furnished and so comfortable. The view's were aswsome, and the location was
the most convienient place, you could go out come back so easily. We walked to Radio City Music Hall, Tkts, Phantom of the Opera, Rockefeller Center,Bryant Park,Discovery Museum, Hard Rock, Gray Line Tours, we even walked to and from the Empire State Bldg at night and took a night tour at 11pm ! The unit owner was very accomedating, I liked the location the best, and the least thing i liked was finding a place to hold our luggage till our evening flight out. which was finally solved by the NYC visitor's center in Times Square with directions to a luggage holding busines a few blocks away for $10.00 a bag. But now that I have found this condo, we want to go back again and again !!
