This is a true 1900 square foot 4BR/2BA duplex apartment located on Suffolk Street between Stanton/Houston Street in the heart of the Lower East Side.
This apartment is located on the ground floor of the building
Each of the bedrooms has queen size double beds. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster. Stainless steel kitchen appliances and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. The living room features a 38" plasma TV and a sofa bed that sleeps 1 additional adult or 2 small children.

For NYC our apartment was very spacious, had everything we needed. However there were no instructions on how to use the TV and The internet required a phone call to,the duty manager to get operating. There were 3 of us and we had plenty of room. There we n,y 2 issues we had, one was the smell in the stairways, smelt of dog/cat urine and was very unpleasant coming and going, but if you can pass that then great place to stay. Make sue that they clean properly Tom as the bathroom and bedrooms were veery dusty.

The place is great, clean peaceful, modern. Kitchen is well equipped. The location is more than perfect, close to everything, convenient and for me what was a huge relieve, the bedroom is quiet!!! Nadav was always ready to help. I would like to thank Liat and specially Mr Travis for his help, he is a very kind person.

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nadav's apartment. It was super close to great restaurants, Times Sq and Subways, yet it was a nice quiet place to relax in the evenings. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities for an affordable stay in NYC. We will definitely stay there again when we return to NYC.
