London, United KingdomPerfect for an authentic New York stay
Left on 10/18/2012 for a stay in September 2012
If you want the freedom of living like a New Yorker then this holiday rental is for you. We stayed here in September 2012 for a week, two couples who love New York. It was an unfamiliar location to us initially, by the end of the week we felt like locals and loved the downtown area - which is bustling during the working week and quieter on the weekends. There are great subway connections, close to shopping, restaurants, sights to see and great views.
The rental agent, Erin, was great to deal with, she met us on the first day to show us the apartment and give us some local knowledge. We were even provided with a true New York breakfast for our first morning - bagels with a schmear!
It was great having two bathrooms, especially when you all want to get ready at the same time. We enjoyed being able to make use of the kitchen for breakfasts and the occasional lunch or dinner in. Both beds were large and incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was useful in the muggy heat.
Every morning and night we enjoyed the view from the kitchen window uptown to the Empire State Building. As well as other windows of the new buildings being built in the downtown area.
We highly reccommend this property for any stay in New York, and we hope to return one day. -

Billings, MTSpacious and comfortable home base for NYC tourists
Left on 01/19/2012 for a stay in December 2011
This apartment was a comfortable home base for 4 women travelers. Loved having 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen was nice for eating breakfast before we headed out, or leftovers after a long day of walking. From the 26th floor, we had a birds eye view of the WTC site and the construction going on there. The apartment is nothing fancy, but it was clean, light, quiet and close to the subway. The neighborhood isn't particularly charming, (not a lot of cafes and shops right there) but we felt safe and did a lot of walking in the area. When one of the heaters went out, it was fixed that very day and Erin was very responsive if we had questions.

Left on 10/17/2011 for a stay in August 2011
This was the first time we had done a vacation rental. The space and convenience for NYC were beyond compare. Will be doing many more vacation rentals in future travel...Great Value. Coach House Rental was a very professional agency to deal with, they have a great team! Would definitely use them again to travel in all the cities they serve!

Somerset WestGreat experience, wonderful location, quite area.
Left on 10/10/2011 for a stay in August 2011
The apparment was great, it had everything one needs. The bedrooms are large, and the views great. The apparment is better suited for 4 people that for 6. The sleeper couch may need some tlc. Surrounding our area, there are many subways, that take you anywhere in Manhattan, and that is a plus. No need to walk far. The area around the apparment is very quite, and not noisy at all. We found it a great place to stay.

My girlfriend and I have been to NYC many times and stayed everywhere. This location and unit was amazing. 3 Train stations , every single train line and beautiful views. Wtc and Century 21 shopping. Quiet and safe neighbourhood with the close proximity to Canal St for late night eating makes this place comfortable, cozy, safe, accessible and clean. Also the unit itself was huge. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Troy, MichWonderful apartment
Left on 09/16/2011 for a stay in August 2011
Our apartment was wonderful, in the finest Coach House tradition. We had 5 adults and the apartment was very spacious. The view was grand, as we looked down over St Paul's Chapel and the World Trade Center site. A block walk took us to 3 different subway stops. This is our second experience with Coach House and I can't wait to use them again. Thanks for an amazing visit to New York.

Porto Alegre, BrazilGood service, convenient location, confortable apartment
Left on 10/19/2010 for a stay in September 2010
We had enjoyed the facility in which we had chosen and rented the apartment from Vacation Rental and the nice local support we had received.
The flat is located in a historical building, which is refurnished but keeping the charm of original construction. It is comfortable, spacious and has an astonish view around the city. The location is very convenient, close to many metro lines, although it is now affected by the permanent noise of the WTC developments.
Vacation Rental helped us in enjoying a very nice time in NYC!
