Nicely decorated and very cozy relaxing atmosphere. The design and quality of the interior is comparable to 5-star hotels. Walls all wallpapered, french-door bedroom and lighted ceiling fans.

  Very comfortable place to stay with wonderful views! Easy access to Robinson Mall. My first time to Manila and Jay answered all of my questions and made it a worry free trip. Once we arrived, Paul met us in the lobby, took us to the condo and explained everything. It has both 110 and 220 outlets. Nice warm shower, everything to make you feel right at home! AirCon works very well! Its within walking distance to many attractions and a short cab ride to the Mall of asia and casinos. Next trip to Manila, I will be staying there again. Thanks Jay and Paul!!

  This condo is spectacularly located. The Robinsons Mall that is adjacent to this unit offers everything you could possibly want. It is a luxury mall even by us standards. From the condo, there is an excellent view of the Intramuros District, which I found to be within easy walking distance.
  The owner of the unit is honest, and he has a local caretaker who is very responsive. I found the transaction to be very easily accomplished (through paypal).
  Overall, I was very pleased with this accomodation. The bed was a little too hard for my taste, and that's why I dinged the comfort rating. I am extremely fastidious when it comes to cleanliness, and that's why I dinged the cleanliness rating to average. I think most people wouldn't be as critical as I am.
  There is an excellent laundry service within the building that is extremely cheap for americans. They do a fantastic job, and turnaround time is 24 hours.
  
  I highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for great lodging value when looking for a place to stay in Manila.

  the condo unit is just the right size for me during my vacation. it was well-kept, very clean & was accessible to places i wanted to visit/shop. most of all, the place was well-secured. the security staff were very nice & respectful. the caretaker/owner's rep, mike, was very helpful & accomodating. i would definitely recommend this condo unit for vacationers.
