Manila Bay view from every room 14th floor 400 meters from Manila bay in Hotel district downtown on Mabini street next to Zoo near active night life, shopping and government offices. elegantly furnished at equipped with 32 inch flat screens TVs and home theater, free WIFi , telephone and use of pool and exercise center. nightly live music and sophisticated restaurants. Master bedroom, living area and 3rd bedroom have balconies. Master Bedroom has 32 inch flatscreen TV also. Master and 2nd bedroom have Queen size beds. Kitchen has full oven and Refrigerator.

Located on Mabini Street ( the hotel street) in the entertainment restaurant government part of Manila (Malate) next to the Manila Zoo. It's a 10 minute walk to Robinson Ermita Shopping Center and a 8 minute taxi ride to the largest shopping center in Asia the Mall of Asia.

San Francisco, CANice Condo!.. the unit in Le Mirage de Malate

Note: This review is in regards to Dave's other condo unit at Le Mirage de Malate, which is close in proximity to the Bay Watch unit pictured above and also has the same specs, which is 2.5 bed, 2 bath.
The Condo was nicely located in the Manila Bay area and had a great view of the bay, specifically the Manila Bay Yacht Club. The master bedroom and secondary bedroom were nicely furnished and both had great views. The half bedroom is a "maids quarters" so it is pretty small and windowless, but worked fine as just a place to sleep. All of the rooms, including the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms, were all sufficiently clean. Wifi was also included in the price. As far as the neighborhood goes, it is centrally located within Manila so taking a taxi anywhere is pretty easy. Although the Malate area is not quite family friendly, it was perfect for my party of four guys.
Overall my friends and I were happy to stay at Dave's condo. Dave kept great communication with me throughout our stay and made check-in and check-out a breeze.
Other note: My party initially had an issue and needed to push back our check-in date (our fault), and Dave was nice enough to keep our reservation and give us a partial refund for the time we did not spend in the condo.

The security staff are the best part of this place, it is a 2 bedroom plus a storage room with no windows and a bed jammed in, when we arrived it smelt and was unclean, the daily house cleaning seems to be non existent, the air con leaks and is noisy and wakes you up, the shower sprays water everywhere, the glass table has been glued together and is very unstable, the building that it is in is called le mirage and the street is less than desirable unless you like ktv bars and everything that goes with it.

Conveniently located to Makati and MOa. You can always get a taxi at the front door.
Childrens play area and pool are nice. Surprisingly quiet.
I stayed for 3 weeks and the unit caters for everything you need. -

Quite to my surprise the unit was much more spacious than I had imagined. It was also impeccably clean. The neighborhood, although crowded, was convenient for shopping and getting out and about.
The views from the living room and bedroom were spectacular, especially at sunset looking out over Manila Bay. -

Wonderful view of Manila Bay and Marina. We particularly enjoyed the sunsets.
This unit was just updated with new furniture, paint, appliances, and the latest in entertainment features.
We loved the location and enjoyed walking on the wide malecon.
