We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is well furnished. Everything you need (except food) to prepare meals is included. The older TV in the picture had been replaced by an nice LG brand LCD TV when we arrived. The facilities and the grounds are well maintained. The entire reservation experience with Rodi was great. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
Also, The nearby Hypermart was very convenient for almost any shopping needs. -

From the offset the owner of the Property, Rodi, was extremely helpful and the whole booking process simple and quick. This is the second time we have stayed at Mayfield, but the first time in this apartment. Mayfield Park is a clean, peaceful and stress free environment. The pool is fantastic and there is a small convenience store which offers good value and seems to stock almost everything you could need.
The apartment is large and spacious. The nice thing about this condo is its position on the end of the top floor. There is plenty of light and ventilation and it is peaceful and quiet. The property manager, Jess, could not be more helpful and soon sorted out any problems. All in all a good apartment, good service and very good value for money.
Just down the road, there are a couple of malls with good supermarkets and plenty of shops etc. The Makro store next to Mayfield has closed but is being replaced by a S&M; Supermarket which will be very handy indeed.
