This is what I call excellent Customer service from the property Owner Odette. From the time I was received by her staff and with her present, checkin in was prompt/timely. The unit was what exactly appeared on the advertised pictures.The unit is spacious, well maintained and kept clean by her staff.One thing that sets The owner apart is her keen attention to provide the best comfort for guest. One incident wherein the TV remote wouldn't function properly,she didn't stop troubleshooting it until it was working properly/She even had the water heater replaced immediately when I informed her that the showier was a bit cold. The attention to details has proven again Odette cares for her Guest, thats the reason why she has regular clients like me whenever I visit Manila. The unit needless to say is above the Robinson Mall which provides excellent convenience for shopping or just about looking for some good restaurants which abounds the mall ! Location is a plus since public transportation or Cabs is just outside the Bldg. When it comes to any inquiry or concerns, rest assure that the owner addresses all of this in a very prompt and timely manner.I have stayed for two weeks and I must say that from start to finish..couldn't be more satisfied !!

I really like the convenience of staying in a condo next to a mall. I don't have to worry about traffic, and I can go shopping, watch a movie or get a haircut anytime I want. The condo itself is clean and spacious for 2 people. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely recomment this place to my friends.

Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in a condo for the same price. I will stay again. Note there is a swimming pool and gym in the block.

I was looking for a condo type place to rent and this place was exactly what I was looking for. Great location located right above Robinson's Mall, close to several great restaurants and a short ride to Mall of asia. Odette was very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions I had. I plan on staying here again and recommend it to anyone.

We stayed in a unit in Robinson Place for a few days while in Manila. The location is ideal for traveling around the city. Odette and her staff were very attentive to our requests. We had previously stayed in another condo nearby during the first part of our vacation managed by the same owner and were very happy with it. Our expectations were exceeded with this condo in regards to the location, ammenities and comfort. Shopping was near-by along with the must see sites in Manila. I felt well taken care of by Odette she was very flexible and responsive. We will stay here again.
this location is close cab ride to and from the airport also... which is a big plus!
I recommend this to those seeking an alternative to a hotel while in Manila -

I stayed in this studio for 16 days, cleaners came every 3 days. Condo is perfect for my needs. Adjacent to the mall. The only thing I didn't like was the last 4 days of my stay, there was a renovation being done right next to the unit and they started at 9:00 am. Not good for those days that I had to come home at 4am and had to wake up from the noise. Wi-fi was great!

A remarkable experience to stay in a place like this in the heart of manila where we enjoy and meet new friends here in Robinsons place..and most of all employees and personnel are very accommodating and easy to please with,Our room where we spent our vacation are very presentable, nice and beautiful,Ms. Odette, our new friend are not only beautiful but kind and honest person,where she will offer all things as much as possible for us to be comfortable to her condominium...a very nice place and a 24 hours security that no worries at all...nothing more i can say but the best thing ever we've stay in her condo...so i gave her 5 star...thank you odette and see you soon for another year,and we will stay for another vacation with my babe...and we will recommend your condo to our friends abroad...

My husband checked in for us and he said the owner was very accommodating. we really liked the place, it was very convenient and the owner responded immediately to our concern which was the internet and she personally took care of it and we appreciate that. I called once for cleaning and the cleaning lady came and changed our linens, we wanted to call again but didn't want to bother, it would have been nice if cleaning and changing of the linens was scheduled at least twice a week. And also, it didn't bother me much but my husband was bothered by the moldy smell of the bathroom from the day we checked in to the day that we left but overall, our stay there was great and we will go back soon
