The units are located at the Ground Floor. Very accessible to the Reception Area and the Grand Entrance Lobby. It is overlooking the amenities which has 5 different swimming pool. This includes children's pool, waddling pool and adult lap pool. If you are travelling with children, this is the best place for the family. Children can enjoy playing at the wet play area and feel the resort condo while parents are busy dealing with investments, visas, hospital appointments, whatever is the purpose of your travel.
It has 24 hrs. security. Experienced, kind and hospitable staff are available should you need directions, and help about the city.

Our family stayed here for a week while we were on vacation to the Philippines. All aspects of the stay was outstanding from beginning to end. The Property assistant, John, was very nice and accommodating. Although, we did not meet the owners we were in connect with the via email and they always responded quickly. Any issues we had they would resolve. The place is very nice. It was a little small since we had so much luggage and a lot of family members visiting. Perfect for a 2-3 people. The Mall of asia was a 5 minute walk. Taxi's were always available. It was a 5 minute drive to the airport. The pool was nice. A lot of pools to choose from. I will say the pool "guard" was a bit annoying, but I understand the need. Overall, it was a great stay for a great price. Would definitely stay here again but in the bigger room!

We stayed here on our last week in the Philippines, the place is really nice and clean, it's a little too small than I expected or maybe because we got tons of luggages.:p anyways, the owners and the property assistant Mr. John are very very friendly and accommodating, they always make sure we have everything we need. the pool was awesome too! it was just a walking distance to mall of asia so there's no hassle whenever we want to chill around the mall or need groceries.
It's also near Greenbelt and airport which is very convenient for us. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. Maybe the next time we come home we will get at least 2 BR condo. but this place catered everything we need:) -

I spent 10 enjoyable days in this condo. The check-in process was easy and the Manager of the condo, Mr. Montano, was very friendly and made every effort to ensure I was comfortable. The condo was clean but was smaller than I expected. Two adults and maybe one small child could occupy the space comfortably. Pool was great too. It is situated within walking distance of the SM Mall of asia and Supermarket. I was also able to exercise every morning along the waterfront, followed by a very reasonably priced breakfast at one of the restaurants at the back of the mall. Many restaurants along the waterfront as well for lunch or dinner. Oh yea! There are carnival rides there too like bumper cars, ferris wheel, etc.

We are family of four and we stayed here for nine days before going back home to Melbourne. The condo was small but it was cozy. It's less than 10 minutes walk to MOa and most of all it was clean. John, the caretaker was great to deal with and though we did not get to meet the owner Mr Getty and his wife, our communication with them through email was excellent.I have already recommended this place to friends and relatives. We will definitely stay here again but I'll make sure to book their condo with the washing machine.

Easy to find. Near Mall of asia, walking distance. Has a working kitchen where you can cook your own food. Was also able to wash my own clothes, washing machine was provided. Great pool. Nice environment both for old and young. Will definitely book this place again when I visit Manila.

Staff at the Condo are so friendly and helpful, we really like the location, we could shop and see a movie and just walk around and about the Mall, aircon is great, we love it, also the wifi, makes everyone happy! The condo is not that bad,it's clean and taxi is just around the corner, only it's too small, and I would really want a washer/dryer, the first condo of our stay has one but the last one doesn't. And may I suggest that the swimming pool should be opened till 12 midnight, 10pm is too early. Specially most of us are still out at 8 or 9 pm and we would like to have a dip before we go to bed (coz, it's too hot!) But to sum it all, bottoms up!

Excellent communication with the owner, Getty from the start of our booking. Thank you Getty and John Montano, never had any problems upon check-in and check-out, John was looking after us very well, (keep up the good work John). We had a very good stay for the price we paid. Very close to Mall of asia, easy access for a taxi. Would stay again next time in Manila!

We definitely loved our stay! My family even wants to go back there. The location of the condo was really a plus to us since we don't need to travel far to get to our planned destinations like The Manila Ocean Park and Star City. Looking for the nearest mall? Ha! Mall of asia is just a walking distance away! :D The furnitures and appliances in our room were also brand new and the latest in the market. We didn't get bored at all. We even think that we needed to extend our stay. Too bad we already have return flight tickets to Davao. I highly recommend this place especially to those who wants comfort and budget-friendly place to stay. In fact, the family of my friend already booked this place for their 1 week vacation soon. ;) Thanks to Mr. And Mrs. Adea for the warm welcome and making our stay memorable and fun.

Great communication from the start. All arrangements kept to by owner and greeting guy. Thanks Getty and Lloyd !! Very good value. Very simple and no clutter.All the basics supplied and never found myself needing something that was not there.A short stroll to the Mall of asia and close to Ermita where i spent a lot of time.Fantastic swimming pool. Although not an hotel the reception staff and security people very helpful.Will definitely return !

First of all, thanks Getty for making the place available for vacationers. Getty is very accommodating to my check in check out time. My flight back to the us required me to check out at 4am on a holiday. That was not an issue for Getty and his brother. Thanks!
The place is excellent. Amenities are superb. Proximity to a great mall is awesome. It's a five minute walk to the mall where shopping and dining are superb. Rent price is more than reasonable for the location especially when there's more than one of you. The array of pool is another great feature of the place.

very convenient,the place per se is quiet which you could just enjoy lounging in the pool or you could join the crowd at the mall of asia.most of the main stuff are close by,airport,mall of asia & the U.S Embassy which was the major factor for us.A very good price,a home away from home knowing that you don't have to spend too much to stay & enjoy manila.This will be my go to place!!
