The place itself is just a stone's throw away from any amenities you'll need for your stay in Manila. Perfect location I should say. The security was very good, always helpful to our querries.
More on the plus side, the tower provides its occupants free use of its swimming pool, gym and free use WiFi provided you're near the recreational area.
As soon as you step out of the building, choices of transport is at your mercy, alongside different fasfood chains and restaurants.
The thing I liked best is the time I spend watching the sun set by the bay from this unit where we stayed. It's incomparable to the other sunsets I've seen in our travels...It's home.
In all, we certainly recommend Mrs Cabrera's place as the place to consider when you're planning to stay in Manila.

Manila is a city of contrasts, and boundaries, where you get what you pay for. So in a marginal central area dominated by a major university and sport stadium, you're not in the business hub. Makati is not far, and costs more.
So this studio needs a better description and definition - it's not luxury, it's ordinary. It's a tedious walk to a budget supermarket where cheap necessities are available in abundance, and a willing street-tricycle will get you back effortlessly (for you). The multi-storey block is dominated by students, all charming, polite, helpful and busy. And so the 'free' wireless in the block is massively over-subscribed.
So it's a bit of effort to get comfortable, ideal place for good-value longstay or short.Response from Sallie Cabrera - 03/25/2013

Thanks, David for this review. These are the updates we have made to date: 1. we now have a free 'in-unit' WIFI so guests need not go to the study areas for access. 2. replaced the sofa bed in the second bedroom with trundle (pull-out) bed with comfortable (not foam) mattress. 3. added a memory foam mattress topper to the master bedroom bed. All these for the comfort of our guests. :) Sallie

I just want to share my experience staying at this 2 bedroom condo. I was very pleased with the location since it was very convenient; 2 minute walk to LRT, 7 minute walk to Harizon Plaza, and about less than 100 peso cab ride to Mall of asia. It was a safe location with 24 hours security. Security guards are helpful and friendly. The unit itself is worth what I paid for and I highly recommend this place.

I now live in Montreal, Canada and last June I came back to Manila for a 15-day vacation and also, to pick up my 5 year old daughter as a sponsored family member. This condo is just right in the heart of Manila. I chose it because of its approximity to everything: groceries, embassies, malls, major landmarks in the city. It also helped that this place is very nostalgic for me since I studied my bachelor's in La Salle, so I pretty much know the area. The amenities of this condo are good. The pool, recreational system and the security people are extremely nice. The elevator broke down for a few days when I stayed here but it's tolerable and manageable overall. The building can be a little bit crowded because it's along the university belt in Vito Cruz, but if you're out most of the times, it won't bother you anyway. The unit is neither too big nor too small. It's perfect for me, my mom and my daughter. It is pretty comfortable. Ate Sallie (the owner) and Kuya Garry (Ate Sallie's bro-in-law who assisted all the way) were very accommodating and kind. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely consider this place again when I come back to Manila in 2 years' time, in God's will. Not only that, I will refer this place to families and friends who need a place to stay at in the Philippines for vacation. More power! :)

The service was superb. Security in and out of the condominium is quite safe enough and the personnel are approachable. They always have a ready response on all of our inquiries, request and even assistance.
The unit is neat and well designed that every corner is made usable. The living room is just enough if you just want to rest. The kids enjoyed the availability of cable TV while a taking a rest from playing table tennis, billiard and taking a warm water shower bath after each swim. Wi-fi connection in their air-conditioned study room by the side of the pool is splendid.
Location was terrific. Malls were just walking distance and transportation is just outside the condominium.
