Our condo is at the 11th floor of Sea Residences Condominium located just across and walking distance away (10 mins) from Mall of Asia (MOA) in Metro Manila. With regards to the shower leaking issue, I’m really sorry that it took us longer to fix it because we had to order the replacement parts from the manufacturer. How do damage deposits work?
