End unit, Elevator access, Community pool, No boat slip or dock space included with property. Marina front master bedroom with King, 2nd master bedroom with 2 doubles, 3rd bedroom with 2 pyramid bunks (double on bottom, twin on top), covered parking, 4TVs, VCR, 4 DVD's, ceiling fan, covered deck with furniture. View of marina and charter fishing fleet. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum.

I have been staying at Pirates Cove for years. This was my first time in the unit. It was absolutely beautiful. The only real problem was the comfort of the bottom beds on the pyramids. They were really hard. Other than that it was a great place.

Everything was perfect except the Bunk Bed mattresses they are worn out you can feel the bed frame thru them. Other than that everything was excellent aAa+++.

I have stayed at Pirate's Cove many times over the last 20 years. It is simply a nice place to stay! It is relaxing and convenient to all things Outer Banks.

Our reservation was scheduled for the week after Hurricane Irene came through. Knowing how hard OBX was hit we were hoping and praying everything would be ok for our trip. Two days after the hurricane went through we got word that our building was ready for occupancy and we were thrilled.
Upon walking into our condo I was taken back. The pictures really do not give the place any justice. The space is very big, very clean and very well decorated. Everyone absolutely loved it and it worked perfectly for the 6 of us. We will keep Pirates-Cove in mind when we book another vacation next year!! -

Great reservation, checkin and checkout service. The condo was well equipped with all needed kitchen items. Nice view of the marina. Enjoyed watching the charters come and go. Sleep sofa was not comfortable. We had to buy a mattress topper in order to make it tolerable. Lower pyramid beds were not the most comfortable, but tolerable for the kids. Overall the service, home, location and amenities get a thumbs up.

We rented Gulfstream 111 for a fishing trip and arrived after dark. The map on the web site is inadequate to locate a specific condo. Security provided only vague directions. The building numbers are not obvious. We wandered around in the dark. Once we found the place it was great until the clealing crew knocked at 8 am when check out is 10 am.

Our stay at Pirates Cove was so great we are determined to double our stay next time! One week was not enough - it was so hard to leave. Gulfstream 111 was beautiful and spacious; I loved the kitchen and the deck overlooking the boats. The master bedroom is a dream - so big and the bathroom is as big as my living room. After my husband left to go back to work we had friends join us and I moved my two grown daughters in with me and we still had room! The only downfall and it was a big one for me, was that the jets in the tub were not working. But the did offer to move us to another space (we didn't like it as well) because they couldn't fix it while we were there. I would ask if it is working. I will give them props for giving us 4 bikes while we were there to make up for it! I would recommend you have bikes to get around the resort - it's better than driving!

The unit we rented was nicely decorated and spacious. The couch was very uncomfortable as were the beds in the kids bedroom. The unit was clean and the staff at checkout were very nice. We used the tennis courts, which we needed to sweep and they could use some TLC but we enjoyed our game. The grounds were well kept and manicured. The boats were wonderful to look at from the back porch area but the chairs were very dirty,(they really should be cleaned when the unit is cleaned). All in all it was a nice unit.

We love it here!!!!! I bring down 18-30 guys for the Tuna tournament every year and will keep doing so till I cant's fish anymore (hopefully about 50 more years) Love the new Tiki Bar and everyone on the staff is great. All of the homes are beautiful and the grounds were perfect. Can't wait for the next trip !!

We booked a Charter and took some clients out for the first trip since we opened our company. This was a great place to stay. Very spacious, clean, modern and so close to the dock! What a great place! We all had a great stay and would stay in this one again in a heartbeat!
