This is the second year in a row we have stayed here, and we have already signed up for next year. This home is the perfect size for our family, plus my parents. The morning coffee overlooking the canal is so peaceful. Location to the pool is great, and quiet Hammock Village is exactly what we want to unwind on our vacation. This is a dog friendly home, yet there is no evidence of any pets having ever been there (it is furless and clean). We feel right at home here.

This home was in a perfect, quiet location: close to the pool, quiet and safe for little kids to play outside, great view of the sound. The layout is very smart, and the hammock outside was heavenly.

Beautiful house with lovely unobstructed views. HV#25 was clean, large, warm and inviting. We would highly recommend it! There were eight of us (4 adults, 4 teenagers) and there was more than enough space. The back decks are wonderful for sitting and reading a book or having drinks with friends watching the ducks and boats stroll by. Pirates Cove is beautiful, wonderful for taking strolls around the community. Secure and friendly. Our only suggestion is to have music by the pool everday (a.k.a. the Pirate DJ) and have some sort of area for teenagers. Perhaps a nightly "club" for them to hang out in other than just the pool table room. Overall we would highly recommend HV#25 and Pirates Cove! You can't beat it for the price!

Thank you so much for your feed back. It's great to get suggestions from our guests, I agree with you totally about the music around the pool. I will relay the message to the recreation department, maybe that can happen!!! I know in the past they have tried some activities for teens and little get togethers, but there has been no participation.

Spent a week with family and friends at Pirate's Cove (HV25). The house was beautiful, inside and out. The included amenities were great (i.e crib, linens, baby gate). It's a bit of a hike down the canal to open water if you dock your watercraft behind the house. The day we arrived it was 95 degrees. That made carrying a week's worth of groceries up to the kitchen (3rd floor) a bit of a chore, but that was soon forgotten. Overall, we had plenty of space and the two master suites with en-suite bathrooms were excellent. This is a great house for kids and is pet-friendly. And of course, the Pirate's Cove complex leaves nothing to want for activities. We will definitely be back!
