Accommodates 10. 1K, 2Q,, FF, QSS. 2 Story unit, Community pool, 30' of dock space at Sextant Canal #204. Covered parking for boat or jet ski trailer. Master suite with King bed and door leading to covered deck with furniture, 2nd master suite on top floor with Queen and twin , 3rd bedroom on 1st floor with queen bed. This condo was great. We ended up not taking a dog so not sure how that would have worked. We had 5 adults and 2 small children. The condo was clean and lovely. Supplies were plentiful. Great to have coffee filters and spices provided. Our only negative would be that with small children the upstairs railing seemed inadequate. Our three year old granddaughter could (and tried) squeeze thru the railing closest to the upstairs bedroom. We (Nana and Popi) moved to the upstairs bedroom (which had the twin size bed our granddaughter was going to sleep in.) We ended up moving the mattress to the downstairs bedroom. But all in all a great home. We would definitely rent it again. The pool is great. All of enjoyed!!

Over all the place was clean accept for about ten spiders that we killed. I also found some soda bottles under bed and other articles. We had fun and enjoyed the stay and activities. One suggestion would is to have a bug fogger truck drive by at night. An also maybe have an activity at the pool at night. i.e. pool volleyball, pool game. We did loose my daughters glasses and I hope they are found. Thank You to all the staff! Very pleasant!
