The home was beautiful and a great layout. Plenty of room for a large family/friends. Basement with game room was great for our older kids to hand out. Each room was spacious with the kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook with. Love the whole house sound system! A couple of recommendation-Master Bedroom upstairs needs a television and there really needs to be a "regular" gas grill onsite on the upstairs deck. The Holland Grill is Horrible! It would never get hot enough to cook the food so we used the small propane grill which is not feasible for cooking for large families/large amounts of food. We love this home...and we plan on coming back next year!

This is a fantastic place to spend a week. Great sunsets, quiet surroundings make this a relaxing place to stay. The shower in the master bath has 2 heads, and is very large. We kept our boat in the backyard canal which made just jumping in the boat for an evening cruise very easy. theres a nice gameroon downstairs with a pool table. The only thing I would suggest the owner add to the house would be a fixed gas grill to the upper deck. There is a small grill in the garage that can be used up there though. Weve stayed at other PC homes in the past, and I have to say, this was my favorite place to stay in Pirates Cove so far
